The MyBudget team are so efficient and so clear with their communication. Nothing is a problem, and they're always available to help. I use the chat function quite a lot due to being busy at work and not able to be on the phone. I find the chat team very easy to deal with and very friendly. Show reply

They record calls and get official documents from banks and wills lawyers with you wanting them not to They don’t value privacy as your word is not good enough. This is a scammers delight site as scammers could easily hack into their business. I was shocked what the manager was telling me. It’s not a budget site as they will take your money and run to enjoy it. Stay away from them.

Even though I’m on a relatively good income, I struggled with keeping track of my expenses and building up savings. MyBudget has just taken the stress out of managing my money, and I’m very grateful for their kind, respectful and judgement free advice and support. Show reply

Do not use they pay your bills and everything else rather before your living expenses even if you have it as number one every time you want to try and get your own money they always charge you have to pay a fee to get your own money . Do not use all they want is your money. That's it. Nothing more. They're not very good help at all

She really took the time to listen to every detail, never made me feel rushed, and made me feel completely comfortable opening up about our situation. Her patience, understanding, and the way she explained everything so clearly made such a difference. You can tell she truly cares about helping people, and that kind of support is so rare to come by. She completely changed my perspective and made me feel confident and excited about our future.

She helped put everything into perspective and showed me that the goals we’ve been dreaming about are actually achievable just by working through our budget properly. It was such a refreshing and empowering experience.

When we first joined my budget my husband was really apprehensive due to the management fees that my budget charges for their fees. But I said we've got nothing to lose. Well that would have definitely been over 10+yrs ago now and all I can remember was that within an extremely short period of time where we had paid off completely the $96000.00 and we were no longer suffering with severe financial hardship. It was simply miraculous. My husband gad definitely come around to the definitely paying management fees as they area small investment into your complete financial stress strain or concerns for our money ever again.. we have money for rates ,car rego , Xmas,food,transport to get my husband to work ,for every bill that ever comes in I just take a screenshot of it and send it online yo my budget and they take care of it with money we already have saved up for so we know the funds are there. It's been life changing for our family. We haven't needed nor allowed ourselves to ever have a credit card ever again. We've taught our children not to use credit cards and not to use these pay in 4 pays as they are a form of credit card in themselves its just aimed at all of our next generation as not a credit card but an easy way to buy what you want now and pay later and we've not wanted our children to learn the hazardous dangers in g getting stuck in too many pay now pay later. But what I really want to say is there is no greater feeling then knowing your not fearing creditors calling you or bills constantly hanging over your head. We no longer have any financial issues so much thst right now we have built s brand new home thats been valued at $1,1250,000.00 and we currently have approx $100,000.00 in personal savings.. so i have no words to explain just how much we owe everything to my budget as we wouldn't be here in this financial position. So i can never praise my budget more than t he freedom they have given not only my husband and I but helped us teach our kids how to be better money managers as well. So I thakyou from the most sincerest part of my families heart that you saved my family and I will happily tell everyone I can to join my budget because you can and you did change and transform my families trajectory in our life our future. Terrible dont use them! Helped us out a pickle but since then every week we have issues, pushing payments back without reason, we call they fix it then the next week happens again. Will be cancelling as $65 a week for nothing has not been fun! Nothing but STRESS!!!!

I contacted them for Budget advice. What I got was this performance that was focussed on getting my wife and I to hand over our income so they could pay bills, etc. Not give me a road map or plan that I can employ. That's what they assume everyone is, including us.

After looking at their budget, I worked out how to achieve the same outcomes myself.

Once I decided to invoke the cooling off period, everything changed. Call appointments were cancelled, and I wasn't advised.

The staff became belligerent and talked over me. They weren't interested any more, or willing to accept feedback.

So all this snake oil sales pitch is just bullsh!t.

If I could do no stars I would. We have left mybuget after being with them for over 6 years. They left us more in debt than before. They put living expenses below everything else, expecting me to not have any food shopping money sometimes for up to two weeks with a family of 6. 2 adults 4 children. bills that were extremely late and we now have debt collectors after us. They did nothing but put us further and further in debt. Trying to take our kids Christmases and birthdays away to pay for bills etc. Expecting us not to give our kids christmas or birthdays. We are more stressed than before we first started with them. Every time I had to ring up for emergencies for extra money for things that had to be paid, they would basically make me feel guilty and keep saying how much it was affecting the budget. We are freshly out of mybudget now and using a free financial counsellor instead of paying their ridiculous fees! Trust me when I say avoid them at ALL costs! They will NOT help you. They will put you further in debt!

My experience with marcus today was fantastic! Marcus helped me "flesh out" our incomes by going through our budget and adjusting my Centrelink incomes. We did this by exchanging screenshots of the breakdown of my Centrelink payments through the centrelink app and adjusting the incomes and fixing the names of payments. I spoke with Kevin today about a direct debit that came out of my account by my gas supplier. I was ringing my budget to ask to hold all future payments until I confirm payment dates.
