Feeling ripped off – For a $5000 mattress it has sagging and is near impossible to sleep without rolling into the middle, you wake up stiff from fighting to stay on your side of the bed. Best vacation sleep ever! – We are on vacation and stripped the bed to find the brand. I do not feel my husband move and the mattress does not tilt toward him. Firm but soft. This is perfect! I love my bed – I was lying on this bed at a hotel, it was the best bed I ha ever slept on, so I asked management and found out that all their beds were MySide. This would all be ok if the company acknowledged it...which they did to some degree....but when I requested a red/red configuration upon warranty repair (firmest setup) as advised to do by the rep and the delivery pick up guys, head office wanted to charge over $1,000 to do it. Stay away, worst mattress around – Bought this mattress 5 years ago from Snooze (red/blue zones). After 3ish years the mattress started sagging and now there big divvets on each side. If your not in the divvet then you'll roll back in. You can also feel the other person in bed flopping around which was advertised wouldn't happen. manufacturers,Tried to go for warranty but as I didn’t have mattress protector on it and they don’t want any marks on it, it void the warranty.I wasn’t helped by the manufacturing company. After reading these reviews obviously even mattress protectors doesn’t help much.

Was amazing when we first bought it. 4 years later sags on each side where you sleep – This was a great mattress when we first bought it and paid handsomely for it. but it did not resolve the issue. We are now in the process of reaching out once more to them to ask for a refund so we can fix this problem once and for all. So 5 stars for the support but 1 star for the mattress. Really disappointed.

Update: 15 months on from reaching out about the replacement with Kingsdown the mattress has really worsened and we haven't received a response. Same problems as the original. Emailed them again today.

Update: Now under new ownership and support is being extremely troublesome and are so far refusing to refund.

Stay away from this mattress – We purchased this mattress from fourtywinks 3 years ago since then we have had nothing but issues with the mattress sagging out of shape and stitching opening up. We have contacted fourtywinks and they said the company had gone in to receivership. So we contacted today tonight channel 7 . It was great for 5 years, then the deep body impressions made it impossible to sleep anywhere but the impression, as you would roll back into the "hole". Bought a red green zone mattress only for it to fail within 6 mths. Replaced however 2 years later it is buggered – It is not worth the $4500 we would have been better off buying a normal mattress. The company tried any thing they could to try and avoid replacing the first mattress  Show details

Great at first then !!!! – Make a mattress that actually lives up to what you say. Started off great but after only 4 and 1/2 years ours is off to the tip. Two deep holes where we lay despite turning it as recommended. Gives no relief for my bad back, makes it worse. Excruciating hip pain which meant I had to sleep on a sheepskin to get relief. One of the best beds I have slept on!! – We bought the Myside series 6 because I have bad back issues, my husband was told by FortyWinks that this bed would be the best one for my back! And let me tell you IT IS!!! I have gone through 3 other beds before finding this bed and I won't go back. because the mattress has different firmness on each side, it can't be rotated like standard mattresses. I suggest that, unless you are getting a My Side mattress with both sides the same, and the firmness is close to Red, you stay away from this product. The comments are based on my wife's side, as I've never gotten used to the Red side.

Update... I USED TO LOVE IT, NOW I HATE IT – It took me a little while to get used to this mattress but I absolutely love it. I have a full series 6. I turn it each fortnight and have not found any issues with sagging. I have fibromyalgia and have never felt any pain from this mattress. I feel completely supported and comfortable... has Alzheimer's. Unfortunately, my mattress now has a whopping big sag and I already need a new one :( I wake up with hip and lower back pain every day. It is extremely disappointing that I didn't even get 4 years out of it. It isn't the quality mattress which it's priced at and sold as. I will now be getting a Latex mattress.

Don’t do it!! Do your research! – My partner and I impulsively bought the my side mattress 2 years ago, and after a few weeks of adjusting, loved it. For the last 6-8 months, we have been struggling with back pain and discomfort as both sides have dips. We’ve put up with it for so long because the mattress was still quite new and didn’t want be paying a fortune on another mattress. Worst mattress ever! DO NOT BUY – We were measured up at Snooze and got it made to suite both of us, after 2 years it started to sag so we got it replaced after 4 years of owning it. a definite excuse not to replace or refund the mattress. I have bad hips which are made infinitely worse by the saggy sleeping area. DO NOT purchase this as it is ridiculously expensive for the quality of the product. The sooner they go out of business the better, wish Id done more research.

went to had the Series 6 and a base on for $5,300, we asked what could be done about the price and they came back instantly will $4,000 this tells me they are struggling to sell these, clearly with good reason.

Its gotten so bad that we had to switch our bed with the queen bed we use in the guest bedroom, which was about 10 times as cheap but gives us a lot more comfort, we slept 2 weeks in this bed and my backpain is gone. We don't even have this mattress for a year now, its an absolute disgrace. It was very expensive too so this is totally unacceptable. I demand a full refund because I absolutely don't want this horrible mattress repaired or replaced with something from the same manufacturer. I just wish I read all the reviews here sooner, then I would NEVER have bought this mattress. If forty winks doesn't grant our wishes of refund than we are looking at legal options.

Wish we hadn't bought it – We bought this mattress thinking the 2 different sides would be perfect. Turns out we were very wrong. Overall Dreadful mattress!!! – Within 1 year it had deteriorated substantially we had to send it back to manufacturer who replaced it then within 6 months it was back to it’s original state with no support , sagging, and so uncomfortable. Sags and creates a dip where you sleep. Good for about a year or two – The mattress warranty was for 10 years. We're 7 years in, and the mattress is pretty much useless. can have someone come out for $79.99 to inspect it, and then they'll prorate it for years we've used it. Are there any mattresses that will actually honor their "guarantee"? My paperwork says it's a "manufacturer's warranty".
