Noise Cancelling Headphones – We received the noise cancelling headphones within the week and unfortunately they were not suitable for our needs. The company were very prompt in answering emails and helping us to rectify. We appreciate your assistance and prompt responses to our emails.

Fake products – Areyourshop is a scam they sell you broken parts then offer a 20% refund. What a scam there are proper sites better than these scammer.

Fraud scammers – They did some business with us in which they had to return our money with some commission on top which was 5040aud once they got the money boom they all vanished from planet earth.

Order did not arrive – I ordered a bag of pet food in mid January. Contacted the company by sms and email twice but got no reply. Eventually contacted the bank to get a chargeback on my credit card.

terrible service and products!! – their ear phones didn't work and theiy tried to tell me i don't know how to use them! ((((( after i returned it to them, they said -i was right, it didn't work, but they didnt issue a refund... Really useless....

TOTALLY OUT OF DATE – Not worth using. Way, way, way out of date. Several items on their website just got page not available. Checking the real websites revealed no such product. A total waste of time.

Television Order – I ordered through this website a TV using one of their promoted agents. Gadget Drip who I have now been sent an email saying they think their agent may have set up fraudulently. Fraudulent – I ordered an item for my granddaughter's birthday in August for birthday in September. Scammers – Ordered and never received my order. I had a Number of emails apologising and a promised refund got nothing and its been nearly three months. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Fraudulent company. Do not use! One star is too high a rating – Ordered a set of cookware and they sent a ring with zero value (cheap plastic costume jewellery) weighing 16gm to have the item noted as delivered. Will not refund when item ordered was not delivered.

Don't waste your time or money – My order took over 60 days to arrive, damaged and missing pieces. Hoping PayPal can get my money back because they take ages to answer emails. Also because their website says they will only process refunds within 30 days of purchase. Not fair if you have to wait over 2 months.

They were not even aware that the business on their site didn't have a valid ABN and was no longer trading and it seems had not been trading for quite some time. I am out my money and would not risk using this site again.

Search function needs a huge overhaul – I can never find anything anymore as you get seperate hits on every single term in your search rather than what you are specifically searching for. This never used to be the case. It makes the site virtually unusable.

Aids and Abets Scammers – I had a similar experience to Seb, only not as many $$ involved. I had one of the merchants on this site trying to scam me and had to cancel my credit card. Told myshopping.com.au but they didn't even acknowledge my email. Will be avoiding this site from now on.

either myshopping.com.au or 3 other shops/retailers as to whom spent 2,000. A "Lachlan Sales Manager" only contacted the reitalers and took their word when told everything was fine. All has lead to me blocking my CC (thankfully NAB dectected the fraudelant activity) and having to go through a lot of hassle, including been 2,000 short. Some scammer companies are using this site – Check out all companies selling on this site!!!!! Beware especially for Pronto Online they have taken lots of people's money and have used Moneybookers otherwise called Skrill from the UK as a payment method. I am sure the site is good, however they need to check out the companies that they are putting on their website.
