Terrible – would not recommend ANY N E C product to be purchased in Oz as they, NEC, have pulled out of Australia making warranty so much harder to obtain. AWA are a warranty service company now (they sold their TV rights to BigW- hence all the crappy stuff with AWA on it...) SO far they have proven difficult to deal with . looks worked for 1 week. 3 months later AWA service still not fixed unit.
