I contacted the company this morning and was told delivery driver ran out of time absolutely shocking services. 'delivery is definitely going ahead' as mentioned, with loss of income waiting for the deliveries right up to 6pm and then a sorry sms. This company must train there staff to be consistent liars and really they don't care about customer service at all. We will be dumping them and finding another company that can supply as required and not lie to us daily. Don't use this company. They are awful.

Have gone through two dispensers in the last month. When ordering a new dispenser it takes over 3 weeks to get delivered. You can never reach anyone to speak to to tell them your issues. Often mess up the water orders.
Can't even give it half a star....trash butt company....constantly charging my card although I've have removed it from the family account (I had to make a one time purchase then removed my card...but still getting charged). Contacted support and they said they'd do something...all they did was take my call and tell me what I can see in the account. Ridiculous....

We always pay our bill as soon as my husband is paid which is monthly and it’s never been an issue until now. We requested they change our delivery date to closer to his payday so we can pay them quicker but all this done was create a bigger issue. Plastic Water – After years of having Neverfail water the quality of water has decreased that It is terrible. It has a plastic chemical taste. We had to return the bottles and try again.
