NONO hair removal – I bought this item used at value village and I am thankful that I am only out $2 for it. (Why do people donate junk?) I charged it and it did not hold the charge at all, one would assume that it has a replaceable battery but it doesn't. Once the battery dies that's it! It's junk. Show details

Don't bother – Bought my no! no! A few months ago this is the first time I've had to recharge it and it's not charging. It lights up as if it is but as soon as it's unplugged it's completely dead. Total waste of money, after reading all the reviews this is very common problem. Show details

Rubbish – I bought my nono about 4years ago and didn't get on with it, hardly used it packed it away. Thought I would give it a go during lockdown, charges up but when fully charged it won't work, waste of money, will not be replacing it. Please don't waste your money.....

It won't work straight away but it will!!! – The pro is much better! It didn't take hair away instantly like waxing or shaving but there is no redness or itchiness and it eventually will work. Don't give up!!

It’s better than cutting your legs and less offensive than the hair removal creams – If you don’t get a 4 star then you’re not using it correctly! I have found that it does a pretty good job at keeping the hairs regrowth less than that of shaving. If you don’t use a buffing mit afterwards then you’ll have stubble but if you do follow the instructions then you’ll get success.

NONO my new toy – Loved this item it is a little time consuming but the results are good. I have read other reviews and I believe that people are not using the item correctly to get the best results, I would recommend everyone reads the instructions booklet thoroughly and you will get the smooth hair free results and although it takes a while to do you don't have to repeat as quickly as you would with shaving or using creams/waxing. I have enjoyed mine.

No! equates with will not [!] work – I used this product fortnightly for over a year and have not seen any improvement. It was a waste of money and time, I will not get my money back as I was too patient: don't do as I did.

NO!NO – The name says it all NO!NO! don't buy it. It doesn't work!! Leave you with a burning face and it doesn't go away for a few weeks. I used it for 8 months and still trying it hoping my skin will get used to it and it doesn't. I'm very frustrated about this product. Please don't buy it.

Waste of money – Too time consuming to even see if the promised results can be obtain. A waste of money as it is expensive and the parts are expensive too. Proper laser treatment is the way to go.

Don't buy it its useless – Bought from argos and argos won't refund money. Nono is useless few friends have tried it and it just doesn't work a pathetic piece of equipment. Not only this they charge far too much for an item that its hit and miss if you can get it to work.

Horrible – Hurts really bad, like it burns! Doesn't remove ANY hair. SMELLS AWFUL like an old straightener and gets super hot after just a few seconds! Don't buy. Seriously don't waste your time. Didn't work for 2 other friends either.

Useless – Absolutely useless, gone back to getting it done professionally at at salon. Used it for 7 months continually and the result was rubbish, made no difference. Bought this from the Shaver Shop and wouldnt recommend you buy a thing from them as the after sales service is pathetic. Once they have your money they don't care and blame you for not using it correctly not the useless machine the sell you.

Worst product ever!! – I bought no no and couldn't be more disappointed. It has been a total waste of time. I feel that I have been totally conned, it is not cheap but if it worked it wouldn't have mattered. But it just doesn't. Expensive waste of time – Bought it for my daughter. Used it according to instructions. Did not do what it claimed to do but kept using it in hope that it would, then just outside of the warranty period it stopped working altogether.

done what is claimed and we thought dealing with a reputable company that they only sell top quality products. I don't know how they are still selling these pieces of rubbish so stay clear on don't waste your money.

Absolutely useless, complete waste of money, do not buy – I have followed the instructions religiously for six weeks, viewed the demonstrations on line, read the instruction book. This does not work on strong facial hair. Peach fuzz is the only thing I would recommend it for. A complete waste of money. Do not buy, useless!

Waste of money – Tried several times to get the No No to work properly on my chin but would not remove my hair, even with the larger applicator. Went to shaver shop 3 times to check how to use it. I was shown how on my arm never my chin and was told it could take 3 months to work properly. The refundable short time did not give time to get it to work properly.

Waste of Money – I used this product as instructed for months and saw no difference in my hair growth, it does not remove hair, it does not leave skin feeling smooth. my skin looks and feels worse than when I shave. It does not work – It is an expensive home removal system that leaves you with hot skin. The hair remains and you are also left with a horrible burned hair smell. It's a big waste of money and I bought the no no hair pro 5 which is supposed to be the best product available.

They Won't Honor Their Gaurantee – Don't buy this unless you've used someone elses and know you like it! After not being satisfied with the product they won't issue me a RMA. I've contacted the company 3 times and they are refusing. I've never dealt with a company that has such a low regard for customer satisfaction.

been no decrease in growth after the 6 months, and I won't waste another minute using it. I've moved on to the Emjoi slim eplilator and will never turn back! First time trying epilation (not nearly as scary as I had thought) and can't believe how wonderful I feel about myself now! Perhaps others will have better luck than me with the NoNo, but I would never recommend it and feel the company preys on the insecurities of us hair-conscious women.

having stopped using it once it stopped working I can see that there is absolutely no difference in the amount of hair that grows back. skin was smooth and hair-free immediately after use (when the unit was still working) expensive, required alot of time, did not work (i.e. there is NO reduction in my hair growth!), stopped working after around 5 months (i.e. after the guarantee period!)

Did not work at all! – Did not work at all! Burnt hair smell when used, and the hair looks like it has been cut, with bristles sticking out. Hair grew back just like shaving. Not effective and complete waste of money. Shaver shop would not return it saying I had to give it a few months for it to work. Did nothing it claimed to do.
