Butterfly lamp arrived broken and with the wrong plug for Australia. Despite repeated emails my request for a refund has not progressed beyond a chatbot named [Name Removed]. This company seems incredibly dodgy.

It’s been over a month of an AI chatbot replying to me offering me more products. The product has not arrived. The tracker doesn’t work. The company says it’s from Sydney but it’s in China. DO NOT ORDER.

Very happy with the quality of the tactical pants and jackets I received from No Worries official. Also appreciate for the excellent customer service provided by Sara. Originally I received the clothing in the wrong colour and customer service was able to organise a delivery of the correct items within a reasonable timeframe. I am happy with the result despite needing to wait for a bit longer.

Bought the air straightener for my birthday, it said it was from sydney so i was sure that it would be the right plug since it is an an Australian brand but of course when it comes it has an american plug so i ended up having to buy an adapter so it ended up costing more. i am very disappointed and i want my money back.

More benefits for lower cost – I turned to Ask James after a frustrating personal online search through various health insurance web sites. Liz quickly found the perfect product for me, tailored to what I wanted. It was such an easy process in the end. Liz is a very personable and experienced operator who does a great job!

Nice Saving – Worked with Liz and she did a great job of finding the right provider for me as I never actually bothered comparring. Liz helped select my new selected Medical provider and I saved approx $100 per mth. Totally recommend at least seeing where you are at

Easy transfer of Fund Good advice – I have been with Bupa since they took over MBF. They have shown little loyalty. Their premiums go up their benefits go down. I spoke to Chris from Ask James who was very helpful and understanding. He made it quite easy and reassuring to change over. It is very confusing trying to compare funds. NIB seems best suited for me and is the fastest-growing fund at the moment. Bupa is a British-owned company so now my money stays in Australia.

At last a personal approach for older Australians – Today I tried to tell my health insurance that I did not require "Miscarriage & termination of pregnancy", but I did require "Cataracts" etc. Thanks to Chris, We are with AHM.
