easy, simple and the customer service, friendliness and helpfulness of both Sarab and David has been outstanding. I would call, if they were busy I would receive a call back minutes later to help with a question I had, cannot recommend enough! Very smooth and friendly process.

had my insurance come out and dealership ready to move the bike for more stock so completely but us both on hold, when NRMA Assured me it would be complete by the due date after checking off the list of what I needed, then the operator got frustrated at myself and started to just be rude via emails, ended up terminating my application and went else where and had it sorted within 48hrs.

were extremely fast and straight to the point knowing any private purchase needs to be swift. After the initial 10min phone call and pre- approval I went shopping , found a van, from here you collect relevant details from seller (all is outlined in your loan approval email) and send through via email, I had the loan docs within an hour , signed them and sent back . That same day the seller were paid and I had the family a Caravan. When applying for any loan, remember to supply what they ask for, there are no short cuts when it comes to correct paperwork, it’s governed by policy not individuals, supply what’s asked and things move Lightning fast. Highly recommend
Application ignored – "1-2 business days" turnaround... Still waiting for ANY response, ONE WEEK LATER... Cancelled application, due to LACK OF ANY SERVICE... STILL no email. Nice to know business is so brisk, members can be DISREGARDED... STEER CLEAR (pun intended)

Massively disappointed! – I would give this company -5 stars if I could. I was approved at another lender for 56k loan at 6% but I approached them to see if I could improve the deal. Was told I needed my partner in the application but because she was abroad, the "consultant" insisted that she had to talk to my partner when she is back in order to proceed. Guess what… Read more
happened next? My partner was back, the consultant didn't even talk to her but told us that our income wasn't enough to service the loan. Why the hell did she need 5 days just to figure it out? Such a waste of my time! Also, they promised 5hrs turnover but I was the one who made the first call to them after 6hrs. Fantastic delivery of brand promise. Furthermore, I couldn't understand why a combined income of 140k+ together with a strong balance sheet is only enough to service maximum 20k loan???

Great rates and so flexible – Recently took out a loan with NRMA, the 5.99% rate is so great and the team were super helpful and fast through the application process, which always makes a massive difference for a positive experience. 5 hour response? – The NRMA claim to get back to you after 5 hours, yet two days later still haven't received a response. What a shame, my business is going elsewhere...
Punished for paying out early – Be warned, NRMA may offer lower interest rates, but there will be a penalty for paying out your loan early. This extra $200 + at the end of the life of your loan, means that what should be an exciting day, celebrating a financial goal achieved, is experienced as a kick in the pants on your way out the door. Another cash grab, for a customer with other products from this provider and a 100% payment rate.
Stay clear, horrible staff, give you the run around, not worth the trouble or credit check on your p – Gave me the run around, asking me to put in my own savings and lessening the amount that I applied for despite being deemed eligible by other finance companies, rude staff and very slow response. Take your business elsewhere. I put in a complaint and didnt get a response and apparently the manager doesnt take calls.. low interest rate offered bad service, bad application process, bad communication
Best rate around – Don't believe the 48hr loan approval, it took me close to 2 weeks and that was inquiring most days to see where it was up to. Because NRMA is just a go between the Peoples Choice Credit Union sometime the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
