Commendable customer service – Fantastic customer service. I had an issue with a pair of Brooks Ghosts I bought late last year and Sara and the team could not have been more accommodating in sending me a replacement pair.
Fantastic price and items in stock – Was after hard to get New Balance 1080v13 shoes in my size and colour and couldn't believe that this was the only store with stock in the country. I searched everywhere for months. Even better was the price! Ordered online and ultra fast dispatch and shipping, couldn't be happier. Will definitely be my first choice when purchasing shoes from now on based on price and stock
Not the real thing – I did not have a good experience with Olympus Sports. I ordered some Brooks "Glycerine" shoes from them as with arthritis in my feet I find these are the only shoes I can wear. spoke to at Olympus would not let me explain the problem and keep shouting over the top of me as I tried to explain the problem. I also pointed out that they did not come in a Brooks box. She said they must not have come from them as they always send the shoes in the Brooks shoe box. I took a photo of the DHL box they came in and sent it to her. As I said to her the Olympus paperwork was in the DHL box with the shoes. The shoes did not have the "Glycerine" label on them as all my other Brooks Glycerine Shoes. She then said she would accept a return as I did not like the shoes, however that is not the truth. The shoes I received did not have the real Glycerine sole, if they did I would have kept them. I did get a refund after returning the shoes.
Courier Service - Don’t use Aramex/ Fastway Couriers – Very good customer service at Olympus . My suggestion for customers when requesting an internet order delivery, is to require Olympus to NOT utilise a courier service called Aramex/Fastway Couriers. This courier service is unreliable, untruthful and hopeless is all respects. Just look at website reviews for confirmation of my claim regarding Aramex/Fastway.
Delivered within 2 days! – Great range of shoes (especially as we needed a ladies size 11- which is hard to find), good prices and super speedy delivery. Couldn't be happier with them.
Terrible – this site is crap i ordered a pair of shoes and they have not arrived after 23 working days whilst they clearly state shipping takes 5-6 working days.
Really great service, range and prices – Prices for sports shoes are ridiculous so obviously turned to online. Found these guys online over Christmas at the time had 20% off and free delivery. Have since gone back and purchased more at their January sale also. etc but from research they have a physical store in Sydney also which is great for MY Parents who live in lindfield. Inexpensive, fast free delivery and nice shoes Ordered a pair of shoes and they had to call me to substitute colour - but this was okay and got a further discount
