No problem here – We bought a house that had this dishwasher already installed. Have only just decided to use it after 18 months. We have no problem with it. Not very noisy, dishes clean. Normal cycle is over 2hrs but who cares, I'm not waiting for them. Does what I expect from a dishwasher it washes dishes clean dishes

What a Lemon – Purchased the Omega DW402WA from the Good Guys, first mistake. When I was looking in the shop, with the sales rep, I picked out the Omega with the glass rack. No problem says the sales rep. Ordered and paid for my diswasher with the glass rack. When we unpacked the dishwasher, no glass rack in this one. When I rang the Good Guys I was told that I got what I ordered. Well that's another story! I must say Omega come to the party on the glass rack, but what a lemon of a dishwasher. Never washed the dishes properly. Cycle way too long - over 2 hours for normal wash, no dry cycle, dirty dishes even after 2 hours, got to the stage that I stopped using it in favour of hand washing my dishes. Oh joy, when we came back from holidays I decided to use it and guess what, did not want to finish the cycle, any cycle. What a load of junk, I am not even sure if it was out of warranty. We just could not stand it any longer, ripped it out. We will be doing a lot more research before we buy again.

Omg!!! Your experience sounds exactly like mine I also bought from The Good Guys, them and the manufacturerer wiped their hands of it just as soon as I'd paid and walked out the door. I have a family of six and I really was hoping to Get a little help in the kitchen with this purchase but it turned out to be a nightmare. I too think you get what u pay for but these stores need to stand by the garbage they sell or don't sell it!! This machine ruined my kitchen when it silently flooded and seeped under the Lino and almost destroyed my floorboards. After 3 months of whining Omega have kindly decided to replace it, I have my fingers and toes crossed that the next one will last at least till I rebuild my new home and I won't be purchasing my new white goods from The Good Guys ever again.

dishes never clean – We have moved into a rental that came with this dishwasher. I am so frustrated, my dishes are never clean, or dry and often smell so bad that I have to rewash them in the sink. There are always white spots on my glasses etc, even if I fill the rinse aid dispenser. I have tried all different kinds of detergents including Finish, and none of them have helped clean the dishes. I have also gone to the exteme of using bleach through a few cycles, and also the Finish dishwasher cleaner. I would not reccommend this dishwasher to anyone. I also agree that is very noisy and cannot be switched on before you go to bed, especially since at the end of the cycle, it has to beep 8 times to let you know that its finished!

Doesnt clean or dry the dishes

Average at best – We live in a rental property that's around 3 years old and we have had nothing but problems with this dishwasher. It's flooded our kitchen 3 times and the pump has broken once. The dishes never come out dry and sometimes they aren't washed at all, despite me cleaning the filter every 2 weeks or so. It's noisy so we have to put this on just before we go to bed otherwise watching tv is impossible. Most of the time it gets the job done, but if we had a choice, we would replace it. It washes the dishes. Sometimes. Noisy, has flooded our kitchen 3 times.
