Amazing heater – I got one in 6 years, still working well, bought 1 for my friend and now want to buy same model but can’t find out it on the market. A little hard to use and change mode but whenever you know, It is so the best ever.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $199.
- Room Type: Large Bedroom
- Smell: No
fantastic in the beginning but stopped working too soon – It was the best heater I have ever had but after 2 years it stopped working. First the on/off switch didn't work so no heat and then its screen completely off. I searched for the same product but I find identical review-to my case so am giving up the idea to buy this heater
Dodgy - only one star because it won't let me give less – The heater is dangerous to use. At 21C or above the plug and cord get very hot. After some use it began to emit a very bad electrical burning smell on it's lowest setting and it makes a crackling noise on the higher setting. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I purchased this, as it's not particularly cheap. lightweight fear of death
Dangerous - Do Not Buy! – After using this heater for one year I felt comfortable leaving it on unattended in my lounge room for a couple of minutes while I used the bathroom. On returning from the bathroom I noticed a strange loud buzzing coming from the heater. As I rushed over to take a closer look I saw a flame coming from one of the panels! I quickly switched the power point off and luckily the rest of the heater didn't erupt in flames. The room was then filled with a horrible electrical smell, very frightening indeed. I returned the heater to Harvey Norman and explained what had happened, they were more than happy to refund the amount paid for the heater. I would not recommend this heater to anyone as it is extremely dangerous and I'm surprised it hasn't been recalled from sale.
Dangerous fire hazard

This is the only heater I've ever had that won't turn on when it gets too cold! If you try turning it on in a room which is 7C or under, the lights go on, but the heater wont't work. I've got it going on occasions by putting a hot water bottle underneath the base of the heater near the control panel, to heat the control panel up. Obviously it has a chip or some component of the panel that won't work under 8C.
Took it back to the shop, but of course it never got cold enough in the shop for the fault to show up so they didn't believe me.
And yes, I never run it on the highest setting, the plastic top and the power cord start to get too hot. Only use on first or second setting -saves your electricity bill too.
