Best Vac I've ever owned! – As an owner of up to 5 beagles, this machine has been by far the best I've ever owned. When I got it, (gift from sister since she loved hers so much) I went over the same area I had just vac-ed with my $600 machine and I couldn't believe the extra garbage, hair and gunk, that came out. (have also paid over $900 for previous machines including shampooers..) I'm a serious vacuumer!

I have had to replace the belt- due to my own error, but Tempo could not have been easier to deal with. You can buy all replacement parts through them including the filters.

Yeah, the handle is a bit flimsy, but a small problem against the exceptional cleaning power.

After many years of seriously hard work my cleaner did sadly pass away. I have been looking for a replacement and have not had any luck finding even the brand in the local stores, I desperately want my old faithful back! Please Temo bring her back! The incredible cleaning power far better than machines 6x the price. The floor beater knocks so much gunk out of the floor it is outstanding. The handle is a little flimsy, I did have to replace, but was happy to. Loved this machine. Small price to pay for the results!

Excellent – For pet owners, it must be one of the best vacuum cleaners available. Customer support, when I've needed it, has been excellent. Picks up pet hairs and dirt better than any other vacuum cleaner I've owned. A bit heavy to manoever.

Excellent – A bit heavy, but it sure does the job first time. Belts available from Tempo,at great prices just call them and they are in the mail in no time. Their phone service is great, nothing seems to be a trouble to this firm. A+++ It just picks up every single thing,from carpet, furnishings and tiles and its easy to clean out the cannister, just shake and rinse out. Its a bit heavy to push around, but I treat it like a workout and the handle is a bit weak,and mine broke, but I phoned Tempo and because I still had my receipt (more than 2 years later) they sent me a new handle free of charge. The belt is a bit of a challenge to change, but Tempo also sent me an email with easy how to instructions that worked like a dream.

Excellent – No problems with getting replacement belt.Should be able to get them from any commercial cleaning supplies, that is where I got mine. Should not need one if handled correctly. Want to buy another one for work but don't know where to get it. Originally bought mine from Woolworths ($129). Any ideas where I can get another? This would have to be the best thing since sliced bread. Have had no problem and picks up everything that is put in front of it. Absolutely none. Have not found anything wrong with this machine.
