Mine is fine! – It's the only dishwasher I ever had so I can't compare. Bought 6 years ago, only had one problem with the thermostat which wasn't expensive to get fixed. Sometimes one of two items go back in the sink but I don't see it as being a bad job (I do the same when hand washing!). Have never put burned trays or pots with bits of food hanging on them as I want less to clean on the filter later. It cleans all my tea cups, kids' milo cups and containers with tomato sauce. All parts are still in great condition. My only problem is that the cycles take far too long. Quiet Cycles take far too long (2.5hrs) for the economy!
How many stars, ZERO – 4 years and more problems than the Titanic on her maiden voyage. Mainly cheap plastic fittings breaking, then plastic guide wheels falling off reducing water flow to top tray. Then waking up at 2.00am after turning machine on at 9.00pm with it still running. Laid to rest by smashing it up with forklift. Good Job.
Bad – Not a very good product. I chose it for it's price and looks. It would be better to pay more and get a better performance. Looks good for price. Washes bottom shelf fairly well most of the time. Doesn't wash pots well. Doesn't clean tea and coffee cups. Glasses get cloudy. Doesn't wash lipstick off glasses. Cutlery is left with food particles stuck to them and get discoloured. The filter gets clogged if you use 3 in 1 tablets. Filter has to be regularly scrubbed with a toothbrush and washer put through a wash cycle with conditioner only in the powder compartment.
