OK – I had a Palm Treo 750 which stopped sychnonising after about 15 months (12 month warranty) and was silly enough to upgrade to a Palm Treo Pro. The first day I had it the handle of the stylus snapped off when I used it. I got a replacement and the tip snapped off inside the phone so I now have to use my nails or risk scratching the screen with the broken stylus. Bear in mind that I did not break a single stylus in 15 months with the 750 - when you compare them they were longer and much better quality. The screen also "freezes" regularly and this can only be fixed by removing the battery - which is not easy! Finally, I regularly carry my phone in my pocket and I often find it has scrolled through menus in my pocket even though the key lock is supposed to have been on. Even though I like the look of them and I used to think they were a decent smartphone, I don't think I will get another Palm after this one dies or breaks - which I don't doubt will happen soon. Screen is clear and easy to read. QWERTY keyboard is good and compliments touch screen feature. Battery cover is hard to remove. Stylus snapped on first use. "Freezes" sometimes. Key lock is not secure.
