My problem with this product is the velcro fasteners. They become undone, baby soaked, crib soaked, swaddling soaked. Like there isn't enough laundry to do. Buy a decent roll of sticky tape to use with these diapers. Also, they leak from the sides. Definitely not as good as they used to be. Show details

Follow-up  · It never got better, now using Kirkland. No issues the Costco brand.

Great nappy – I received some Pampers as a gift and I was really impressed with these nappies. They are absorbent, fit my newborn well, had a handy wetness indicator and were so, so soft! I wish they weren't so expensive otherwise I would use them all the time and would have stockpiled them instead of huggies... Soft, absorbent, good size Expensive

Perfect size for the first few weeks but not overly absorbent – I bought these nappies for my first child after reading various reviews and having a friend who highly recommended them. It took me a while to find them and in the end, they were a bulk buy purchase from Deals Direct online. They are a fantastic sized nappy for newborns and you can use them for about 3 weeks or so depending on your baby's… Read more

size. Our son was an average size 7lb 4oz but was quite long so the nappies didn't sit high enough around him after a few weeks.

I found that the huggies newborn and baby love newborn nappies were way too big on him so liked that the pampers were a smaller size. I wouldn't call them super absorbent but they were pretty good and it was hard to tell whether some of the leakages we had were from us being new parents and not putting the nappies on properly in the first place or whether there was a fault with the nappy. In retrospect, I think the leakages were due to us using the nappies for too long instead of graduating him to the "larger" newborn size. We will be using these for our next baby. smaller sizing so fit better on tiny bottoms nothing really - a bit of leakage here and there but not enough to be of concern

Love them :) highly recommend!! – we tried these and the newborn huggies and these are by far the best. They are super thin and light but keep baby dry. She doesn't even grizzle when she's wet. The wetness indicator is great. Huggies seems to be really thick and badly fitted. We plan on buying Pampers until she's out of nappies :) Light, thin, wetness indicator, keep baby dry no cons

love pampers – Love the newborn size, my son was 5 weeks early and these fitted alot better than huggies plus they have the umbilical cord notch which save folding the top of the nappy down. We are just moving into the size 1 nappy now for nightime and still using the N in the day. I have had no leaks to this point, handled the pooh explosion really well and… Read more

kept it contained in the nappy :) I am onto my second pampers wearing baby and would not use another brand if possible. the fit of the nappy and the absorbency Have to order online so can be expensive when you factor in shipping, only buy in bulk to save on costs

Excellent – I've said it all above. This product is my favourite disposable nappy by far! I've used Huggies, Babylove and Snugglers but Pampers are the pamper prodcut for me and bub. I'm thankfull to have been able to buy these nappies for my second child. They have a beautifully silky smooth feel so they are super soft for baby's bottom. I found them to be… Read more

surprisingly absorbant considering the fact that they are so thin. But again this is another POSITIVE. Being thin allows a little more flexibility with style - not leaving your tiny bundle of joy with a bulging bottom!! They are fantastic!! Also being thin means you can pack more in your nappy bag or have more room in there for other neccessities.

Best We Have Tried – After suffering leakage from Huggies each and every nappy change, we tried Pampers and were pleasantly surprised. They are deceptively thin yet hold so much more than other nappies we have tried - including Babylove. Disappointed though that our local Coles are discontinuing them, so will have to start buying them online. Price, size and absorbancy. Only available online now (used to buy from Coles)

Best disposable we've used so far! – I'm from oversees and Pampers is the leading brand and used by most people I know. I was happy to find them at Coles in Australia. We have a four month old son and so far we never had any problems with leaking, diaper rash, or smells as some other reviewers. Far less bulky and much softer then huggies and other brands we've tried. We love them and would recommend them. Soft, slim/compact, no leaks Can only get them online or at Coles

i love these nappies – i got these onsale online and i opened the packet an i was pretty dissappointed as they were really thin. But they are wonderful, they absorb everything with no moisture on the outside, they do bulk up when full but still a good nappy. Im making the switch for sure they are just as good as babylove an huggies. Also cute design! great nappy, great fit, stretchy tabs an cute design either buy at coles in small packs or online

Great Nappy and alternative to Huggies – I wanted to try something different to Huggies, due to expense. I had heard the UK pampers were great but wasnt so sure the Australian ones would stack up. I am so glad I tried them. At first I only used them during the day to avoid middle of the night disasters, but they stacked up to the challenge. The nappy satisfied the wee wee test well,… Read more

although there is no wetness indicator the nappy is easy to tell when it is wet, it gets a little bit bulkier (although not ridiculously so) and to touch they go squishy where there is moisture. The nappy also was able to hold a lot of wee without leaking.

My baby also does 'number 3's' on a regular basis so I was worried how it would cope with that, but they were great, no leakage even without an elastic waistband.

They are also a very thin nappy (which is deceiving because I was skeptical about how it would hold all the lovely surprises) yet absorbent. They dont have an elastic waistband but that didnt cause any problems at all as there is no leakage. They are a good fit around the legs and around my babies waist.

All in all - great and value for money. Price, absorbency and fit Only available at Coles and they only have the convenience packs (have unfortunately discontinued the Jumbo packs and boxes), also would like an elastic waistband more for my peace of mind but they do work fine without them

Fantastic Disposable Nappy – I LOVE these nappies!!! It's great to be able to have the convenience of a Disposable Nappy without all the bulk. The are so much thinner than a regular nappy but hold just as much, if not more. These were perfect for our 1 month Prem baby weighing 2.5kg Thinest available disposable, great bulk sizes Only available at Coles

Excellent – I love these nappies, I have been very surprised how good they are. My baby has had many runny poo's this week & these nappies have not leaked once so far. I would buy these again. very soft, doesn't leak, very goof fit, very thin, but they still seem to hold a lot. more costly them some other brands, only can buy from coles

Excellent – We have used both Huggies and Babylove, but in the end found that this one is most suited for us. It does not leak like the Huggies does, and it has a better shape than the Babylove (not as wide, where the Babylove just seems to be so wide across the crotch). Wet indicator is a good feature, although at this age baby is almost always wet anyway!… Read more

There are cheaper brands out there and I find this one is not as often on sale as the Huggies ones are, but comfort for bub and less laundry for mum definitely compensates for the cost. Does not leak, cute little Elmo and friends prints, wet indicator a good feature. Nothing, this is our nappy brand of choice.

Terrible – Horrible just horrible, I got this on special with my son, used it within the hour my son started crying and becoming fussy. When I checked his nappy, it was dry and clean but my son wasn't he has really bad nappy rash to the point where it was bleeding. It took us an entire week and lots of cream to clear my poor babys nappy rash up, I ended up… Read more

giving the rest of the packet to another mum for her to use but with warning about what had happened to my bub.

Not happy with this product at all, I will never get it again and never advise it to anyone.

Gave my son horrible nappy rash

Terrible – Nothing like huggies. Huggies last longer and don't smell. I will never buy threw the ones I had away. I tried as I got them for a baby present. Maybe just Elmo as I'm a big Elmo fan Had to change the nappy every hour and the smell of wee was very strong.

Excellent – We bought these nappies after using Huggies on our 3kg newborn. All his poo explosions leaked out of the sides of the Huggies because his legs were too skinny. The only way to remedy this in the Huggies is to turn down the waistband once to tighten the nappy. Our newborn hated this everytime I try to turn down his nappy, so we got the Pampers… Read more

instead. Pampers fit perfectly, and the bands fit snuggly around a newborn's thin legs. The Pampers also didn't sit too high in the front to irritate his umbilical cord before it fell off. I had no more poo explosion leakage using the Pampers! As long as you change each time you feed your newborn, these nappies work great. I am just glad I don't have to do laundry continuously from poo explosions! Very good for babies at the 3kg mark. The band around the legs fits snuggly around very tiny newborn legs which prevents poo explosion leakage. Doesn't hold much - so you will have to change your baby every 2-3 hours.

Good – Great nappy for very very newborn babies. I found they were cheap and a good quality nappy, soft for baby to be able to move legs freely and the cut out where the belly button is was great as it didnt irritate the umbilical cord. They have a wetness indicator/line which wasnt noted on the packaging, turns from yellow to green once baby has passed… Read more

urine and helps with ease of knowing when to change nappy. The only dislike i have is as my daughter fed more often the nappy wasnt holding much so I found I was changing her nappy more often and I switched brands. soft and snug fit, cheap, wetness indicator, had cut out for newborn belly button care doesnt hold much urine

Terrible – I was given two bulk packets of newborn pampers nappies with my second and I honestly have to say I hated them! They are poor quality, and they fill very quickly! While my baby was in these nappies nearly every time I picked her up she would be wet. I don't like to waste, so reluctantly I kept using them putting towels underneath her, that was… Read more

untill she started getting nappie rash then out they went. From then on I kept on using my huggies nappies and hadn't had a problem since. They cost more but I prefer to pay for the quality. Pampers nappies do have good grip tabs and a wetness liner but these features are usless if number one's and two's can't be kept in. In my experience I would not recomend these nappies however I have heard some good feedback. maybe this nappie isn't suited fir my baby? They are cheap. Wetness indicator, good grip tabs. MAJOR LEAKAGE!!! Poor quality nappy.
