Tough kit, the best batteries!! – I am a commercial builder and got this kit for myself and my labourers, it is tough and the batteries capacity is the best i have seen, better than makita 3ah and better than the hilti 2.6ah. The batteries take 70 mins to charge but the kit came with three and so far i have never been left waiting. The impact driver is great, heaps of power and very efficient with the brushless motor. The drill is ok, not the worlds best but is still a good tool, the hammer is useless like most hammer drill drivers but that was what i expected, if you want a cordless that can smash concrete get a rotary hammer drill. Overall the kit is great the, labourers havnt broken it yet and it goes hard. Battery capacity, brrushless impact driver, good value $700 for hammer drill driver, impact driver and 3batteries No charge indicator on batteries, Hammer drill a bit heavy.
About 10 years later. 31/10/2020. So the tools are still going good. Batteries retain about 80% of what they use too. I had to take apart the impact driver today as the trigger was getting a bit sticky, turns out the bellows on the 'Defond' switch started to turn into paste. I scraped the paste out it out so it goes good again.
