Battery died too quickly – In Less than 2 years the battery in shaver died making it completely useless as you can not shave with it plugged in. They say it is a safety feature because it is a "wet & dry" (I guess they think i might plug it into an extension cord and take it into the shower with me!). Apart from that it shaved ok Shaved ok Relies on battery to use.

Terrible – Panasonic have downgraded their shaver range to the point where you may as well just grow a beard and forget shaving altogether. The drop in performance from the old ES8026 is astounding given the later manufacture and higher price. Very little - I returned it to the retailer for a refund after writing to Panasonic and not getting any satisfaction. Does not have the inductive charger used by the previous 8026 model, has to be plugged in. Extremely poor shaving score, drags on the skin, misses long hairs, leaves you with a 5-o'clock stubble after shaving, no matter how long you try.
