Panasonic Viera TX-32LXD80A / TX-37LXD80A

Excellent – For an LCD TV, this is in my experience, a good set. The only disadvantage, if there is one, is the set gets rather hot during use due to the backlighting/inverter board behind the panel. Possible pixel drop-outs to be expected, but none significant enough to warrant repair. No flaws with the remote control or the IRD (sensor) either. The monitor output is good for connecting line out audio to a Hi-Fi system to improve the sound quality. I would, in terms of price, recommend a Panasonic Viera™ LCD, at least you have the optional extended warranty with most major electrical retailers here. HD/SD/analogue tuner, 4 AV inputs, 2 HDMI inputs, a PC input. User-friendly on-screen menus and EPG - teletext (on the 37" model). Multiple aspect ratio feature. Surprisingly, none. Everything that is meant to work, does. With selecting an AV input, you may need to scroll through the AV input selector, and highlight the input you want, then pressing OK on remote, but this isn't a con, it's just something one has to become used to.
Good – Good value for money, good remote, user friendly. We have 37" and have no complains. Had for about 4 months and very happy. All good, no complains great set for money none apart from not as good as our Pioneer 50" but no where near the price either.
