Good Quality for every day use – I bought this TV on Sep 2012. It has a nice silver design and nice stand. the screen quality is perfect and so bright and live. 3D quality is very good as well especially for 3D animations it is awesome. I had some problems to connect external HDD to that because it could not read my WDD 1TB HDD files. I detected Some jumps in pictures when it is playing a movie from SD card. Another small problem was that one corner of the screen is slightly brighter than other corners which is only detectable in dark scenes and when room is dark. Bright LCD, Nice Design
Great for F1 – I purchased the TH-L42ET50A so that I could watch F1 without ghosting due the sport's speed. The salesman said I needed a 3D TV as it has the better graphics card. He was correct as I just finished watching the USA GP, and no ghosting present. The previous night I did watch a blueray 3D movie "Clash of the Titans" and although I did not buy the TV for this purpose, I was interested in the results. Found it 6/10 compaired to the Movie Cinema as had very good depth of field but very few effects came out of the screen. But this TV is only 3 days old so could be my settings and the movie I selected. Great for watching sport 3D effect was not like the Cinema
