Fraudsters! Took my money but didn’t deliver – Purchased a used Slushy machine via gum tree, great communication until I paid via payer ID. Purchased item never arrived and after many attempts to contact Mike (probably an alias) my messages and calls have gone unanswered.

SCAMMERS! Now operating under the name "PartyHire" – My sister paid $280 for a karaoke machine for her 21st birthday last night. Throughout the day, the owner communicated by text saying it was coming, but it never did. They are not answering or returning our calls.

No showed at our wedding - chocolate fountain - beware!!! – Absolutely devastated to have our dessert station fully set up and the chocolate fountain never turned up. Sent numerous emails and calls, even drove to the address registered under the ABN. Complete scumbags!! The worst business I have eve dealt with.

Took our money but never delivered – Took our money and never showed up. I tried on numerous occasions to call them and it went to a message service. Stay away from this company. Luckily I got in touch with a lovely man at Caribbean cocktails (Perth) who delivered an emergency machine. Even so I’m out of pocket.

Never showed up – We ordered a popcorn machine for a fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House! Took our money and never showed up!! Stay away from this moralless crook!

In liquidation – Seems like this company is in liquidation yet still taking bookings and credit card details!!! Google their name and you will find the notices. DO NOTUSE!!!

Horrible service – I ordered a popcorn machine for my sisters 16th Oscar themed birthday they rocked up 5 hours late And the machine was dirty and broken! Also hasn't come to pick up the machine and it's been 2 weeks. Hard to communicate with anyone in the business.

Terrible company – I wish I read these reviews first, I booked a slushy machine and jukebox for sept 2018 but have had to cancel as my son is ill and do u think I can get hold of them for a refund? Nothing! I even called consumer protection and they couldn’t get hold of them either and told me to go to court which I can’t atm cause of my son so I now have to wait until 30 days after I’m suppose to have the products before my bank will do anything :(

Worst possible experience and no remorse from the owner – We hired a jukebox, smoke machine, lighting and dual slushie machine. Firstly, they arrived 5 hours late which didn't give the slushie machine time to freeze, but once it did, one side didn't work. called and emailed a complaint. In fact, we ended up emailing 3 times and calling more than a dozen times over 4 weeks- his response was to block our number. When someone came to pick up the items, which was unannounced and 3 weeks later, I asked the driver if he was the owner and he said he was just helping a friend, but I've since found out it was the owner as I found his LinkedIn profile and picture of B2BWorx Pty Ltd who own this company. I feel sorry for the Franchise as he is also the Franchise owner. After much investigation, it turns out he is doing this to everybody- and getting away with it! If there are 20 complaints on this site, then there will be numerous others on other sites and we all know that only a small proportion of people would actually voice their disgust on these sites.

Pursue these thieves through your bank! – Used this company for my 50th birthday in Nov 2017. They did not drop off cups & straws, & the machine leaked as soon as it was filled up. Rang the after hours service number & was told that they were 'too far away to be able to come back, but they would give me a partial refund on Monday'. On the Monday, I rang them to complain about the lack of service, & that the flavours were not pureed fruit as promised, but were cheap children's cordial flavours (bright red, orange & green), & that I wanted a full refund as they had not provided the product or service that I paid for. Spent the next few weeks being lied to & given the run around, so I decided to dispute the transaction with my credit card provider. After filling out a form, providing telephone & email records, & directing them to Passiontails online reviews, my bank reversed the transaction:)! Please pursue this company with your credit card provider. You do have legal rights when you do not receive the product or service that you paid for. It takes a bit of effort, but you will get your money back. But most importantly, if everyone pursues a refund, eventually, they won't have the funds to continue with their dishonesty. These guys are liars & thieves & need to be stopped.

Disgusting service – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! Absolutely disgusting service from this company. They took 2 payments from my account for one slushy machine order and 6 weeks later I’m still trying to get a reply and waiting for a refund for the extra payment

appaulling service and products – Ordered and paid for a jukebox with karaoke for my 50th birthday party. Delivery was 2&1/2 hrs late(after the party had started). jukebox collected and 2 weeks later it was still in our shed. It has been extremely frustrating trying to deal with these people on every occasion. They say they are coming and don't turn up and have no consideration for anyone except themselves. Yes I would love a full refund on a dodgy product with shocking customer service.

Slushy machine – Paid for a single unit and charged for a double. Delivery guy called the day before to confirm details because he could read his colleagues writing. We were told it would be delivered early afternoon but he was a no show. Tried calling to find out where he was but no one would answer. No one turned up at all and we are now out of pocket and the party was a sad event without the slushy machine we were promised!

Don't use this company – Ordered the twin cocktail machine. It was delivered late without the cups and straws that were supposed to be included. One side of the machine didn't work at all. Tried calling multiple times and was unable to speak to anyone. It was not collected when I was told it would be and had to make follow up calls.

Terrible communication – Had an issue with the Slushie machine not freezing up AT ALL. Wasn't even a hot day. We hired it on a public holiday and still tried to contact them to to advise on the day. Gentleman came and collected the machine told my dad he would be in touch now a week later still no contact and I have called 6 times and left messages.

Disappointing experience – Not the most professional business.The slushie machine didn't appear to be cleaned very well. there were no cups or straws for slushies. Getting a receipt took numerous days and phone calls, We were told the machines would be picked up on the Monday didn't hear from them for over a week. Our last experience was great shame they seem to have let their service go. Won't use them again.

Highly recommended – Had a party with jukebox and slushie. Great night. Great service. New pick up driver to last time. Very proffessional

No Refund as promised – Hired a slushy machine with extra flavors was told would get a refund, Numerous phone calls to them and emails still waiting 4 months later. I have tracked his business address down and been there to verify its location.

The worst customer service ever! – Hired this company for my 40th and had a great experience. Communication was terrible. Asked them what they were going to do about it and got my answer, literally! Nothing. What a waste of good vodka! Got fed up with asking and getting no reply, but I guess reading the other reviews I'm not surprised. Customer service is everything! Will never use again, very disappointed.

table clothes were damaged and only just fit on the tables and the light for the photobooth wasn’t working (thankfully I got my items the day before the party so this was fixed before hand). As for the straws, cups and table clothes – the company didn’t seem to care: near enough is good enough for them!

The final straw was when my photos were not provided electronically (like promised). I called nearly daily and was told I would receive my photos by the end of the day/week. It took 7 weeks, daily calls from both myself and another family member, to finally get the photos through.

I am so glad to finally close this door and will definitely not use this company again! Unfortunately I did not listen to my gut instinct, the price was too good to pass up – I have since learnt my lesson though.

Do yourself a favour and use a different company to save yourself the hassle.

Ok machine, shocking communication – Was an ok ice cream machine. Barely kept up with the people using it though. And i had to harass the company for booking, payment, delivery, pickup. They didnt bother to let me know that they changed the delivery day. Phoned an hour after the new delivery time to say they couldnt make it. And then did the same thing for pickup. Haven't got what I paid for Don't Use!!!! – Hired photobooth and light up cubes for New year 30th party. several times for the link to my photos as not all of them printed out... it's now end of march and they still won't return any of my emails or calls. Their emails just create service tickets and each time they just delete my emails/tickets within 24 hours.

I want the link for my photos or I want my money back as I didn't get what I paid for.... but they won't help at all.... consumer protection even said they couldn't get in contact with them so the next step would be paying to take them to court..... still trying to decide if we will....

What no cups – Hired a slushy machine with cups but they have no cups none available in WA??? Only one side worked so only got half the slushy.

Zero stars – FAULTY EQUIPMENT n over payment. Bad customer service. No replies to phone calls or emails. I will never use them again. Zero stars.

ask for assistance in setting up the machine (something they should have done) he was told by the rude individual: "Do you read instructions.' Unbelievable, that this is a service we paid for! DO NOT hire these people!

Appalling service – No contact..machine was late didn't pick up for over a month despite repeated requests. Would not answer messages then turned up out of the blue with no explanation.

Had the best time with Passiontails – Great service from people who really know there products... Music on the jukebox was great and we enjoyed the Karaoke. The best tasting frozen cocktails I have ever had... We drunk the cocktails tooo fast
