Peg Perego Aria Twin

Side by side not my best decision – Smooth ride but would recommend a front stroller and side by side are too wide and are annoying when using in any stores with aisles. Is easy to maneuver and fold however is quite heavy. Mind you most twin strollers are. Another bonus is they can see each other whereas side by side strollers they generally cant.
Excellent light weight twin pram – This pram is fantastic for my twins as it is so light and portable. It is narrow enough to go through standard doors, easy to fold up and comes with leg warmers for each child. All fabric components are removable for washing. The basket is very low though and is not easily accessible when the seat is reclined. The wheels are small but is suitable… Read more
for most walking on pavement. Lightweight, sturdy, and inexpensive wheels are small and not meant for rough terrain
Its ok if only at the shops – This is a great pram if you love to go shopping in shopping centres it is very easy to push, light weight and folds quite narrow. I used to use it with my nephew and daughter (they are 5 weeks apart) from the age of 1 year ( i brought when i found out i was pregnant with my 2nd girl) i liked how it had one seat bigger and was able to take a baby… Read more
capsule. I was lucky my girls werent too far apart in age as the other side of the seat was quite narrow for my 19month old and she was a big girl. The only thing i didnt like with pram was that when i took my daughters and nephew over to the shops and crossing the road hubby pushed the pram over the curb and nearly fell on the older girl and boy i was carring the bub and after that we sold the pram so i reccomend if you like going for long walksusing footpaths with you kids this may not be the pram for you however if you love shopping it is great/ Very light weight, easy to push even if the kids are different ages, takes a baby capusule put only certain peg perego brands, easy to fold., the small seat could be to small if using for your toddler and a capsule, pram is hard to when use when going over curbs and on the road
Best lightweight stroller I have had – I bought this stroller as I had a baby and a toddler, there are 2 versions of this stroller, one that comes with clip on wind covers and one without, only the one without will fit the baby capsule if you want to buy that also, I was able to use this pram with my almost 4yr old, so you can use it with older children to a point, was handy keeping my… Read more
autistic toddler son safe. Also easy to lower down if child wants to sleep. East to use, and fits in my small car with plenty of room for shopping, folds in 2seconds flat (you pull 2 triggers and it colapses) and just as easy to prop back up. Straps hard to adjust or put on. Rest plate for food at front far too small and cup holder supplied only fits skinny bottles. Can only put light things in basket beneath.
So glad I went for a lightweight option! – I've been really happy with my Peg Perego Aria twin. I've got a 60/40 split version which is perfect for a toddler and newborn. So easy to get in and out of the car -lighter than my single three-wheeler! Have never had any problems with maneuverability or fitting through doorways etc. Side-by-side means easy access to both kids and very easy to… Read more
get them in and out. I have used mine extensively and it is still in great condition, being very easy to clean. Just be careful not to overload the basket. So light and easy to get in and out of the car. Folds up and flips out really easily - have never had to wrestle with this one. A compact side-by-side that fits through normal doorways and checkouts and the supermarket. I know so many mums with big tandem and double strollers who end up never using them because they are so bulky and awkward. I've used this one heaps and wouldn't be without it. The basket underneath doesn't cope well with heavy items. This is offset though by the fact that there are four bag hooks on the back of the stroller anyway, so it's easy to hang shopping bags etc from those.
Absolutely Love It – I bought this second hand and use it for my 4 month old and 2 year old, they both sit very comfortabely in it. I think it lay flat enough for a new born. My toddler loves to put little snacks on the tray it comes with. It is so light to lift into car and easy to fold. Only wish i bought this earlier. It fits through a standard door way. Its easy… Read more
to steer and has a large basket. I have no real complaints with it.I also have a double jogger that i take for walks, i would recoomend this stroller for city and shopping centres. Love it so much considering buying single version. very Light, easy fold, large basket No rain canopy
Good – Easy to take in and out of the sedan. I only use it as a shopping centre stroller. Basket underneath is big but not deep enough for big shoppings. Just fits through standard doorways and hard to do so in busy shops. Overall I am still happy with the stroller for the light weight. Light weight and easy to fold. Bad at steering, hard to push around… Read more
corner. Fabric under seats (like a kind of thin paper/plastic)tears off when the pram is just 2 years old.
Excellent – Looks great, feels great, will ot break your back. A good simple pram that is sturdy and meets all my needs. I wouldn't trade it for any other twin pram! The best twin stroller ever! I have had 3 others, including maclaren and valco, this wins hand down. Super light, easy to manouver, comfy for bubs, super easy fold down mechanism. It's easy… Read more
to clean and will fit in any boot, unlike the valco twin jogger. FITS THROUGH A STANDARD DOORWAY. Sun hoods a little small, but you can buy sunshades that do a better job than any pram hood on the market
Terrible – Do not buy this product. it is useless. it is lightweight but it will endanger your kids and it will not save you any money as you will go out one week later and buy another model. it was light to carry.. so you could lift it to put in the boot of the car. everything. I hated it from the word go and have not stepped foot in the shop that sold it… Read more
to me as i do not trust the staff there either. It is plasticy.. feels like it is going to snap in two, useless 5 point harness, hard to push steer, put the brake on.. it is hard to store even in the car and i have a big one! I had to be returned it within the first week as brake broke. When my husband returned it he told staff that they were disgraceful to sell such an inferior product especially for the price.
my 15 month old fell out of it, well it toppled over as i was putting her sister in the car and had to have her head glued.
i hate using it. i use a shopping trolley now instead.
OK – Although there are a lot of things I do not like with this pram, I would still get this pram beacuse of its light weight. Because it is light, even I (153 cm tall) can lift it high enough to put it in the boot without chipping paint off the car. I would use another pram if I didn't need to put it in and out of the car. This pram is very light… Read more
weight for a double pram. It is also very easy to fold and unfold. I also like the fact it has separate sunshades. Seats are not very comfortable for babies and it makes it hard for them to fall asleep in the pram. Seats seem to get tilted to the sides easily and they need to be adjusted all the time. Seat recline is very hard to adjust while baby is in the seat and it requires two hands to do it. Wheel locks are also hard to put on. Snack trays are too narrow and not very practical. Harnesses come off the seats too easy when babies(toddlers) wiggle/bounce in the seats.
Terrible – If you want a lightweight stroller that doesn't fit through standard doors and your twins are very light (under 12kgs) and you live in an area where you don't have to take the stroller up and down footpaths, then this is for you. It's light. I've had one of these for the last 12 months - it's appalling. Even though it's light, it doesn't fit… Read more
through a standard door. An additional problem is that the straps constantly detach from the base of the stroller so the baby is free to move around and can fall out. I've written to Peg Perego to complain about this but didn't get a response. I would definitely not recommend the stroller to anyone with twins.
Excellent – Fanstastic shopping stroller and great for taking my kids to the park. My infant sleeps in it while my toddler uses the tray to rest toys/drink. Easy to use and fits in the car easily. Very easy to lift as its very light. Highly recommended. Price was a bit expensive but the pros make it worth the dollars. Fits through a standard doorway, very… Read more
easy to steer. I have a 18 month toddler and a 2.5month old. Easy to fold and very light. Large basket for small shopping trips like bread and other light items. I absolutely love it. This is my second pram / storller my first was the peg preg UNO and I love that too. The break system is sometimes hard to apply, the wheels are smooth on footpaths but can be a bumpy on cracked concrete and other rough surfaces. All this is outweighed by the pros
Good – Still a great pram as the light weight design was really important to me. Unlike other reviewers I've not really had too much of a problem with Peg Peregos freedom of movement harnesses - when fitted correctly they don't allow a child to fall or escape from the pram although they do take a bit of getting used to as they aren't as restrictive as a… Read more
standard harness. I've also never had an issue with the pram tipping or anything like that. Would still not hesitate to purchase another or recommend. Light weight, easy to lift, easy to fold, narrower than most side by sides so will fit down the majority of shopping aisles and through doorways, my children enjoy sitting side by side and both have a good view. Basket can really only be used for fairly light things and sags quickly with use, still awkward in narrow shopping aisles. It is difficult to push if you have two children with very different weights - we bought the pram when our son was newborn and our daughter was 2.5 and the initial weight balance made the pram hard to push and corner. As our son gained weight it became much easier - possibly would be best for twins or children quite close in age/weight. Sun hoods are small but easy enough to add an aftermarket sunshade. Not great offroad - more of a shopping pram than anything but this is true of all Peg Perego prams that I've used.
Terrible – Only good for 100% flat surfaces, very young babies that can't move & if you need to put it up & down alot. I want to sell it but feel bad taking any money for it! It's very light so easy to lift, compared to other twin models. Very poor design. The 5 pt harness is useless as shoulder straps are attached by a 2cm clip that pulls out as soon as a… Read more
child moves. Its dangerous. Big storage basket is useless b/c its made of cardboard & vinyl so as soon as you put 1 thing in it (eg a wallet) it hits the ground & gets a hole it in. Brake broke in wk 1 so pram had to be returned - was fixed but still hard to put brake on & off. Being so lightweight, as soon as you hit a tiny bump in the pavement, it stops & gets stuck.
