Absolutely LOVE my smart pram – Honestly I read and still read reviews and HAVE to right one about the smart pram. I have used this pram for my first son for almost 3 years and have found it so easy to maneuver and adapt it has exceeded my expectations! I used it as a cot for the first 6 months then used the verso adapter to rear face it, then front facing. It's perfect. Then I had an issue with the brake pedal and Phil and teds replaced the whole frame free out of warranty and now I have used it for my baby girl for the past 6 months the same.

I have got more then my money's worth! Customer service is OUTSTANDING!! And this is the only review I have ever written!!!

I am sad as I need a double now and am thinking of selling it and upgrading to a navigator or verve.

Or maybe I'll keep it and just buy a double. Lol!! Everything it's meant to do it does! It had a fault, it was replaced. All good!

A bit rickety – We had one of these for about 2 weeks, and then we returned it. The bassinet just didn't sit firmly and seemed to wobble in the hinge, so it made me feel very unsecure, or at least I wasn't comfortable that my kid was being rocked around as you went down the foot path. We looked at a few other models at the store, and most had this characteristic, we have moved to one that ha more than 2 securing points to the frame.

For its price, I expected more from Phil and Teds. Very light, and very compact Lack of tightness in the connection between frame and the bassinet/seat.

Served us well for the first 6 months – We bought this pram for our second baby because it was lightweight, came with a bassinet and allowed adaptation with the SnS Unity capsule. It was fantastic around town as a travel system with the capsule and adapter. It made car trips and outings a breeze with a new baby! The bassinet was brilliant too and we used it as a bed for our baby for 6.5 months while we travelled around Europe and Australia (she mainly co-slept at night though). The only drawback for this pram is the lack of suspension; it is hideous for a young baby's head and neck on anything but smooth pavement or indoors. So mostly we used our Ergo carrier when out and about. When commuting by train/plane/boat or by foot it easily coped with my petite four year-old in the seat and a very overloaded shopping basket. It survived perfectly well!

Now we're home we're back to using a Maclaren umbrella stroller, but couldn't have done without the Smart and Peanut for our travels. Great price, multifunctional, lightweight, can be travel system, attractive design No suspension at all
