Pages freeze – At first this ereader was great but after a couple of months the pages freeze & it won't turn off. Now it turns pages at will & I can't change it as the buttons no longer seem to work. I loved this at first & used it a lot but if they don't last what's the point? Great to carry around & good back light. Pages freeze & won't turn off also buttons no longer work.
Great, so easy to use and carry – Purchased at special price on-line. Basic, but really great value and so easy to use and carry in handbag. Drawback, no cover. relia no cover
Kevalwyn, that happened to mine. I held the on/off button for about 15 seconds and it turned off. Then I turned it back on and it worked fine. It's happened to me twice in the past 6 months or so but apart from that I've had no problems. I hope you can get it to work again. Good luck. :)

my screen has frozen after one months use, is there anyone got any ideas how to fix this problem thanks, Tried all the basics turn a page, ied to switch off, nothing happening, frozen on page.
