reviews of processes along the way yet almost all of the affected customers never received their money back or any communication from ACT government, fair trading, lawyers etc. At the end of the day, I, along with countless other customers, were ripped off and nothing was attempted to make us whole. I don't think it was even officially recognised or any charges paid. If [Name Removed] can sleep peacefully at night then that is a disgrace. My order was on 30th June 2019.

Do not buy from them – I ordered personalised bonboneries for my wedding. In March 2020. nothing back. Finally got a random email saying they were still being processed and will be sent soon. Weeks went by again and never heard from them since. Never received my products. They are scammers and should be shut down and prosecuted for the amount of money they are stealing from people. Do not buy through them!!! I’ll be making a complaint with the ACCC and highly suggest those who have had their money taken by pink frosting to do the same.

Total scammers – We ordered stuff for my sons communion. Besides the $150 that we lost as the products never arrived I had to shell out another $250 as we had to get the decorations etc from a store at the last minute. Excellent service, speedy delivery – I recently experience fantastic service by Louise and the team at Pink Frosting. I was in urgent need of Wedding Bomboniere and not only were they delivered in time with super quick delivery, but the consistent communication throughout gave me the confidence that the order was on track and eased my mind. Fallen Victim! – Looks like I've fallen victim and lost $280. Paid for white parasols to be delivered for our wedding, went back and forth for months with the promise they were sent, tracking number provided which states goods were never picked up. Then no contact or no reply. DISGUSTING! I've just seen an article online about this woman who is under investigation with fair trading. I'm not letting this go and taking this further until I get my money back.

Total scam!!! – Ordered 08/01/2020 Owner was very quick to call for payment. 21/03/2020 We had to put a hold on them being made due to Covid 19. 13/06/2020 I received an email from them saying they could no longer supply our items. Asked for my bank details. Sent them in and have emailed 3 times asking about my refund. They are not replying to me at all. As if having to postpone everything wasn't bad enough, now this!

Fake website and ABN. Total scam and fraudulent – Do not buy anything from this website as it is fake and a scam. Delivery was not recieved so please do not buy or send money to these dishonest business that does not have an ABN. Contact the bank and put a case towards the bank account that is on the website.

Terrible and Don’t Place an Order – Absolutely Terrible!! I placed an order for our daughter’s 10 th birthday party supplies in 2019 . Received excuse after excuse... and never received the party supplies.or a refund! Absolutely disgraceful service !!

Do not place an order - it will never arrive and they will ignore your request for a refund! – Stealing innocent peoples money. They claim to express post but instead once payment is received they ignore you and make up excuses like “bushfires affected orders” “our printer is broken”. Use Another Company- Avoid Pink Frosting – I am sad I had to cancel my order, I really wanted the personalised party favours I ordered but I lost faith in their total lack of updates as a customer. Thieves, never received goods or a refund – Order number: 412242 Purchased 100 cross bookmarks in September 2019. I even called to check the stock was available and that they will deliver. I was guaranteed delivery before November and they took payment over the phone because their online payment system was down. 4 months later with numerous emails and attempted phone calls, I have no products or a refund. looking up the tracking number it tells me that the item has not been scanned in. I don’t hold out much hope that this company has even sent the order. I will be lodging a claim with my bank for the return of funds. Will never deal with this company again.

Today I received an email from her stating the items were not available- what a joke - and I would receive a refund. I responded by stating this and I have not heard back from pink frosting since, despite calling daily, attempting to contact them via this page and emailing multiple times a day. The event came and went today and I still do not have my order. Horrid experience.

Ordered 2 months before. Still not received – Ordered 2 months before for birthday party. They called when receiving money. After that no response. No return. They want more money for delivery. I thought It happened only to me. After seeing other Reviews I understand it is scam. Fair trade Has to involve to close the company.

Extremely dissapointing company – This company did not deliver my products nor give me a refund. Ordered products months in advance for my wedding, received communication 4 days before wedding asking for more postage money or they would refund the product. I opted for refund now have no product, no refund and no communication. Horrible company to deal with, definatley NOT recommended.

Warning - do not buy from this company!!! – This company does not deliver any goods, even when you order months prior to your event date. They are not accessible via phone and hardly respond via email. Department of Fair Trading now involved as i have not received any refund. I gave 1 star because no star isnt an option – They were prompt to take my money but unfortunately it appears very happy to use every excuse not to deliver the goods. This site appears to be a total scam. How are they not shut down?
