Popcorn Hour A-210

Great multimedia player - access content from other players / computers – Excellent product. I actually started out with the A-200 which is the same as the A-210 but housed in a plastic casing and with a fan. The A-210 is fanless and Popcorn Hour being Popcorn hour looked after early adopters by offering an upgrade to the Metal Fanless A-210 case for $50. The player can play pretty much anything I throw at it. MKV, DIVX, XVID, MP4, AVI, ISO, and straight DVD rips from a folder. The picture quality is excellent. Syabas Technology the makers of the Popcorn Hour have frequently provided firmware updates for the player, not only fixing bugs, but also introducing new features. Syabas also has a dedicated forum for the popcorn hour products where you can get help, previews of new firware features and share your comments / requests for enhancments. This is one company that listens to its customers. Plays anything I throw at it. Fanless = quiet. Built in Bittorrent. Good support, Full HD. Plays content from shared drives, UpnP servers and FTP sites. With multiple players around the house I have this one set up on my main TV, and able to access all content from all other players and PC's. I can't find anything wrong with the A-210. For A-200 I would have mentioned the cheap looking plastic case and the noisy fan, but with the introduction of the A-210 this is fixed.
Can't live without it! – We owned an A-110, so this was a natural upgrade and the A-110 got relegated another tv. The A-210 is an awesome device. So much so that we would be totally lost without it. The A-210 gives us the ability to stream our media across the network and where we like to watch it the most and in Hi-Def. This device has transformed the way we use our entertainment system and for a relatively small outlay. Plays Anything, Easy to setup, Easy Navigation, Great Included Features
