He was open and honest that it may not eliminate the odour completely and offered pricing. The next morning I confirmed the booking and they moved there schedule around to service us same day. Luan, what a champion, he messaged when he was thirty minutes away as requested and arrived on time with all the right tools and chemicals ready to go. We did a walk through and he explained the process and the extent of what was required and he got to work. I was not expecting miracles but they delivered them none the less. The large quantity of stains have been significantly improved and 24 hours later the odour is completely gone. My partner was almost in tears she was so happy. Even though the work required was significantly more extensive than expected, the quoted price was honoured even after offering to cover additional costs. Luan and Peter have absolutely turned a nightmare situation around and their service is impeccable and worth every cent. Thank you both sincerely.

carpet was amazing. You can see clearly the difference before and after. He took the upmost care to make sure corners are protected prior to cleaning.

Luan was prompt and took the times to explain how he was going to treat the carpet. Our carpet is a bit old and the glue starting to peels off from the stairs. Luan's even took the times to explain aspect of the carpet so I can ensure to made it safe for my aging mum. Go above and beyond his service.

On top of that I forgot to mention when booking that I had a hallway. He gave that to us for free. This was in addition to the rooms size which our was slightly bigger than standard but he didn't charge us any extra.

He also did another cleaning favour for my little brother who's getting marry this saturday as a gift. They never even meet.

You can see that Luan is honest person and is very professional in what he does. I highly recommend his service and would definitely stick with Power Steam Cleaning in future.

never once indicated it would be too much trouble for them to do so, he just took the details down happily. So far so good. Then on cleaning day Luan turned up, and by the time he had finished, our carpets were cleaner than they were when we moved in! He also spent a little extra time giving us some advice regarding how to best remove a stain on our wooden floor boards.

OMG!!!! This guy must be sick of hearing from me. What a fantastic job Power Steam Cleaning did on our carpets. 5 bedrooms , 2 lounges and a rug. They were on time, great customer service and the carpets lounge and rug all came up like new. So fresh and fluffy - cannot fault in any way – As all the other reviews state, absolutely excellent. My carpets now feel clean and look back to new, the couches feel refreshed and completely unstained.
