Broke in less than a month – Plastic base broke snapped with less than an inch of water in machine as it was wheeled across an open floor. No loner available at Godfreys for the 3 weeks to send the machine for an inspection.
Purchased in at Godfreys for $698.

Obviously customer service is of no concern for your company (as can be seen in the more than 50% poor reviews on this site.) You have left me without a work cleaner for an expected 3 weeks. No loner. No store credit for a less than month old machine. Other companies stand by the quality of their products - not Godfrey’s. The breakage suffered is major as defined by your own policy.

Hard worker – Vacuumed the whole attic 50+ years of dust buildup at my father's house. Used it on 2 whole house renovation cleanups. Numerous contract cleanup jobs. Works best on wet cleaning, good suction especially with extra long hose (after market purchase). Parts are easy to get stainless steel drum did not crack or split like with my previous machine which was plastic. Large tank, easy draining. Filter requires cleaning every 30 to 60 minutes, with continuous cleaning drystuff. Dust brush that comes with machine tends to wear out quickly.
