hopeless forever breaking parts – this was brought for cleaning a pub. This can be heavy duty cleaning, first of all you have to drill your own pressure release hole, which seems to weaken it and it will later snap in two.(was told by the company this happens because it has been pulled out of the pipe and rammed back in) yes it gets pulled out to get in between tables skirting boards etc, but this hasnt worried any other vacuum cleaner, the head then got so stuck onto the pipes it couldnt be removed, eventualy split on the seam, and snapped off. (never had this happen before, they usually wear out after a few years from the bottom) now the plastic pipe from the barrel has snapped in 2 so cannot roll the vacuum cleaner along. This all happened in the first 2 months, lucky I have bits and pieces from old dead vacuum cleaners that I have been able to fashion a hose from. Will Pullman listen? NO Its my fault for being to rough, Im not 6foot tall and 100 kilos, I am 5ft 2 and 55 kilos, buy a kerrick
