Annoyed – I am sad quickflix has gone out of business however it would have been nice to inform your customers as well. Also will they be ceasing all direct debits without me having to cancel my debit card with the bank to stop my $13 coming out each month

QuickFlix Subscription - What a Disgrace! – QuickFlix has not record of a subscription for me and yet, since 2015 have been charging a monthly amount of $29.99 to my card, so far a total of over $2000.00! I am not able to cancel the subscription, no one responds to email requests, none of the contact numbers are active. GET ME OUT OF HERE! Can someone please let me know how to stop this madness??

This is perfect – I love my QuickFlix. I have been with them for many many years. I have no issues. I live in a rural area, don;t go to the movies,not a lot on TV, so therefore I can sit at home and watch a movie from QuickFlix and post it back at my convienenace. A good value service

Seems to be okay now – I too couldnt get in for three days, tried today, all is back to normal plus there does seem to be some new movies to choose from and lots of good ones coming, maybe they were doing an update, lets hope it keeps up.

Such great service over many years! – I've been receiving 2 DVDs a month from Quickflix for so long that I can't remember when I joined up. I've always received them promptly each month and never had a problem with viewing any of the DVDs. A great system with the two-way mail envelopes being so easy to use and not too long to wait for popular movies.

The website is unacceptable you cant update movies i have also tried to contact them but get no reply. They are willing to take my money each month but im getting nothing in return. Can live without it – I’m also a long term customer but have just decided to terminate the relationship. Increasingly erratic behavior both with sending discs and the latest period offline has made the service too unreliable.

none sent to me for almost two weeks now, despite having returned the three I had, (including one which did not actually have the main film on the disc, only other features) almost two weeks ago. With it being Christmas, I wonder if I'm going to get any next week either. Yet I'll be expected to pay $30 at the beginning of next month. I know problems can happen, but it is still very poor service, made worse by not even receiving some kind of courtesy email acknowledging the issues.

Theft!!! – I noticed an unrecognised payment today and have since learned that this company has charged 9.99 per month since 2017 after a free trial that one of our children probably activated. We have never received an email or a single movie. This is at best unconscionable conduct.

Australia at the time when physical video rental stores were closing down. However by 2019 it has become obsolete. One of the main things I don't like is that their library is not that extensive. For a business whose service is to mail dvds their content is not that great. Sure it's good if you only like commercial features. But if you are more into older, classic, foreign or any smaller films their content is not very wide. Plus it takes them a long time to get some new releases. They are showing on their website 'new' releases that have come out on dvd months and months ago. Anyway the worst as I mentioned earlier is that they don't give you any info or any update as to why the website is down. They don't have a number that you can call. I tried to contact them a couple months back because I could not stream a film and I never got word back from them. Based on this I am thinking of cancelling my membership. If you are thinking of joining maybe think about this first.

Website down again! – Have been trying for 2 days to get on website, as I have just returned 2 dvds. I have been with them 9yrs, and have decided to stay loyal to them instead of going to Netflix or stan....my loyalty is rapidly diminishing. Great way to lose your customers

What's up with Quickflix??? – I have been trying for two days to access the Quickflix website and so unable to make further orders. I've tried phoning (08) 9347 4900 many times (number obtained from website and double-checked at each failure) not recognised or answering. Something terribly wrong - I've been a customer almost since the day they opened. What's happening!!

sent me another. I've been with them about 10 years, no problems at all. Will ride this out and see if the web page comes back up so i can add to my queue. I don't want to succumb to netflix or stan yet!!

Terrible service – Money came out of account last week. No movie or email. Not able to open website and no way to contact them. The phone number on my bank statement has been disconnected. Will be disputing charges and reporting the business.

Australia Post is not delivering as they used to but should that be a reason to not even try to keep their promise? Lately I've been lucky if I receive 1 title a week, usually not even 1. They stopped replying, no contact is possible via email or website.

Crap customer service – They are not sending out movies, not answering messages. I am paying for nothing! They were quick to suspend my account when i went over on my credit card but they hadnt sent anything to me for 2 weeks preceding that then it took a week to start sending again then it stopped completely. NOT HAPPY QUICKFLIX

mobile app lagged what was on the website and progressively they have not been adding titles so i moved on to Telstra box office... ironically Telstra handed the dvd mailing service to QF about 8 yrs ago..

i really try to support Oz businesses where i can ... please try to find some positives out of this.

The streaming service doesn't work – I signed up to rent one movie and stream it. The player then refused to work and you can't watch anything. They were very quick to take the money, but no response on rectifying the problem.

the web site is up and running now – I have used QuickFlix for over 5 years and never had a problem. Movies arrive in about 5 days that's Australia post. A lot of sites went down yesterday Quickflix is back now

I was relatively happy with service, although the put movies in order you want them sent was a joke, They sent whatever they liked whenever they liked. Does anybody know of another disc rental service? I don't want streaming.
