Remington HC821BP
Verified1 review
basic, cheap, sharpness doesn't last long – From the beginning, the cutting wasn't clean. Needed to make about 5-10 passes at the same patch of scalp to get a consistent cut. After one year of use using it once a week, the blades are very blunt. There is a lot of tugging on the hair, sometimes ripping hair out. The performance improved slightly if the base plate was aligned each time. Worth getting if you want a very cheap model. If you want something better for a consistent fast good cut, spend more $$ and get say a Wahl.
This review is for the HC810BP model, which isn't listed on productreview and similar to the HC820bp. Cheap: $17 at Woolworths, never broke down. Didn't cut well from the beginning. Needed to realign base plate to get the best cut. Blades blunt after one year of use. Takes me an hour and half to finish a haircut due to the bad cutting.
