expertise or skills, like myself, may be intimidated by all this by-pass ink solutions but with the Rihac team's friendly and approachable support and advice, it'll be much more doable process which will definitely help save a lot of money in the long run. I've crunched some numbers and the saving would be huge - approximately 90% saving in the cost of ink. Over time, I've become sick of paying for ink so much, which I feel kind of a scam, hence I've decide to go this inking system a go.

In my case, some extra steps such as installing a firmware were required in order to use the Continuous Inking Supply System for my new printer, and the Rihac team was there every step of the way, remotely via over the phone or email. Although I have not installed the inking system yet (because the printer still has some original ink left), I'm confident that it'll do the job just fine. The build quality of the product looks pretty high, solid and robust.

I'd highly recommend Rihac to anyone who would like to use the inking system.

never looked back. I can not count the monies saved on using the Rihac CISS and now run 3 printers and all of them using CISS. The low costs of printing is continuously commented on by my book keeper and accountant. We print over 5,000 photos a year and print approx 150,000 documents a year ion colour and black and white. In all this time I have upgraded 2 printers and again Rihac have always helped me through with recommendations and the set up with an efficient and courteous service. 4 of my staff are now also using the CISS systems for their own home printing.

Beware Of This Product – We had started with a nice cheap printer whether the Rihac product served well. We then decided to upgrade to a more faster printer and contacted Rihac to obtain guidance with regards to which printer would their product support. We were told. only to have major problems from the start. Rihac assured us that their products would not cause the issues to the new printer. We called the manufacture, Epsom, and in good faith, they changed over the printer and gave us a new one. Thank you very much Epsom for your excellent customer service. Again we spoke to Rihac and again they assured us that their product will work on this new 'second' printer (second printer within a couple of weeks). Unfortunately, again the same problems began. Now it is either sheer bad luck that a second brand new printer will have exactly the same problems when using Rihac or simply Rihac, your products are certainly not compatible with all of the printers you claim to be compatible with. This caused us significant costs and damage. To add to insult, we spoke to the owners and to our dismay, we were provided with the worst customer service we had ever experience. They were so rude it was shocking!

I don't care how many awards you spend your life trying to win. Your product caused us significant costs and your response, as the owners of this products, was not to help us, but you both were so rude and strange, we just wanted to stay right away from you and your so called "money saving" ink product - Rihac - because it wasn't money saving, it was a disaster.

Liam spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me getting it all sorted out. I highly recommend RIHAC to anyone wanting a cheaper way to print and do their bit for the environment by minimising the number of ink cartridges going into landfill.

The best customer service I have ever had – We purchased our first Rihac a few years ago now, (our second printer & ink system) we honestly swear by it, whenever we have had a problem Liam in customer service has ALWAYS been there to help us trouble shoot, he has never let us down, it just gives you the confidence to buy the product!

High cost simply not worth it – New Epson printer out of the box. New ink tank and bottles out of the box. Three hour round trip to purchase. Set up by a professional. Has never worked from day one. Complete waste of time and money. $350 lesson. Buy a printer and buy cheap cartridges from eBay. Don't buy the Rihac cartridges as they leak in your printer. Two chances Rihac! You're not getting a third! Buy cartridges from Aussie toner. Never had a problem since.

Use to be an outstanding product – My first Rihac was for an Epson printer and after 6+ years the printer shut down saying that the ink pad had exceeded the count number! Ink system failure – Had a printer with ink system previously for 8yrs no issues. Upgraded to a brother mfc-j4620DW with ink system and nothing but headaches. Only 2yrs old. is only 1 year. Not worth it on a printer that doesnt function properly. They said the printer is not their problem and its past the 1 year warranty. Even though they are the ones convinced me to buy it coz its soo good. So basically have to replace the whole system printer and all and only 2yrs old.

Overall Ink system is good when its not faulty, but the workers wont help even when clearly it was their system that failed.

So much better than cartridges! – After 10+ years of reliable operation, I hate to think how much we would have spent on disposable cartridges by now! I would certainly recommend the Rihac CISS system, and the print quality and colour is the same as the original HP cartridges.

Some businesses sell, and forget the customer, not Rihac. If you do the maths, you will quickly see that it does not take long to pay back the system cost. If you are in the market for any sort of printer, or inking supplies, I'd really recommend you give them a call first.

Non stop friendly customer support and great quality products – I have a WF-7710 that I use for sublimation. I bought my CISS and sub dye from Rihac and it was so easy to install. They give you a booklet to get you started and if you have any issues they have tutorials on Youtube or you can call them and they will run through everything with you to make sure you are up and running. I cannot thank the team at Rihac (Liam is a star!) for their great product and ongoing support for my many questions.

Use, Orders, Satisfaction – I can't begin to how much RIHAC and their CISS has helped save me so much in my printing work. I started by paying Too much for pitiful ink's from Canon supplies, then to filling My own cartridges, then coming across CISS youtube video and purchased my first system from RIHAC and Ive never looked back. Not only the cheaper costs of printing but to have a great support team at RIHAC I'll never go back or never go past the RIHAC team.

The worst - totally washed out prints – Brand new Epson 7710 - I purchased the CISS from rihac expecting similar quality as the original Epson ink cartridges but the print quality is terrible. The past "stress" of buying replacement ink cartridges that almost equalled the original price of a printer, is a long gone memory. Having two adolescent kids (one frequently downloading and printing Uni lectures and work) and my own love of 'hard copy' made the cost of ink a major factor.

Since buying my RIHAC CISS, I don't even think of ink costs anymore apart from how chuffed I am to be paying about 1/10th of what I used to. It really is the best way to print.

Execellent Trouble Free Unit – Worth every dollar I paid, and a huge saving on having to buy expensive ink cartridges which soon run out. The quality of the ink more than matches that of the manufacter's original, Also I rarely have to prime and then it's a very quick and simple operation.
