Roger Armstrong I-Spin Elfin

Not a good purchase – We have only been using the I- spin for 8 and a half months and it is falling to pieces. At first it be came difficult to collapse, then the clips that hold the fabric side panels in place tore off (leaving the babies arms flailing around outside of the pram). Next a bolt that holds the chassis together pinged off. Finally the rain cover tore and the reclining mechanism failed to work. We live and work in the city so it is not like it was subjected to a particularly hard life. This stroller is not fit for purpose.
Style over substance, too expensive fro such a fragile stroller
Very nice stroller – One of the more expensive strollers but very nice. Lightweight and easy to manouvre. I usually have the front wheels on swivel and the back ones locked but you can have 4xlock or 4xswivel if you want. Seems comfy for baby and looks nice, the hood is good as there is no buttons or catches it bends like a popup tent and the basket is great, very big with side access for when baby is reclined and it's enclosed so you won't loose your shopping also easy to fold and open and recline. I don't often use the ipod speaker function but would be handy for longer trips or amusing baby while i do stuff in the garden. Buckles feel a bit cheap for the price but work fine and stroller can be a bit all over the place with all wheel swivel so best just for tight aisles etc and would have been nice to include apron. Overall pretty happy, as nice to push as the Maclaren strollers but doesn't feel as sturdy but better than most and with 5 kids i've tried a lot. Love the basket, the hood is good, nice looks and very light & easy to fold/open, simple & comfy. Quite expensive but doesn't really feel as expensive as it is.
