were introduced to our Designer (Chris Vassiliou) who spent considerable time with us working through ideas, designs and product selections. The Project Management was handled by Matt Obren and Tom Leigh who did a great job in running the renovation. They delivered when they said they would and never missed a deadline. Special kudos to each of the highly skilled tradespeople who worked on the kitchen. Their workmanship was second to none. Communication throughout the Project was excellent so we were never left wondering what was coming next. From design to execution we landed in the very capable hands of Chris Lindsey and here's another guy we just cannot praise enough. He was there on site every day, communicating endlessly with us about every little and big thing, and running a perfect operation that saw our 3 month project complete a few days early. His attention to detail is incredible, and the cherry on top was really just his sunny disposition that made every site visit during the reno a pelasure. Unprofessional service Easendon branch – The first question we were asked was whether it was a new build or renovation..We answered new build and before we could explain our situation, we were told (1) they are not interested in dealing with builders (NOT in our case but she never let us get to that part) and (2) Rosemont can be quite expensive and using them would be more expensive… Read more

than using a builder (Is she trying to sabotage the business I wonder?). Every attempt to explain our situation was shot down by an assertiveness that she knows it all. It was baffling and very disrespectful. It was our second visit so we were seriously considering them only for the new build but also our rental property next.

Unprofessional Designer – We were impressed when we saw the Rosemout showroom, helpful and informative staff showed us around and explained many great features. We organised to meet with a designer but after three months of dissapointment, texts, phone calls and last minute cancellations by him, we still haven't met with him and have decided to go with another company.

Worst customer service – Went into the nunawading showroom to get some ideas and help. The most miserable lady came over to ask me for help. I said trying to get some ideas for a kitchen on a new house we have bought, she didn’t offer any help at all she just walked away. any issue which has arisen for the last 9 years, and all predominantly due to expected wear and tear! A rotating corner shelf was rebalanced, bins replaced with new when handles broke from over filling (twice), replaced a kick board that buckled after 8 years due to a central heating vent. This is a company that really cares about the quality and life of their product as well as their reputation. We have not experienced this level of quality and customer service from anyone we have dealt with previously. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Outstanding customer service from design to installation. Our kitchen is exactly what we wanted. James designed the kitchen to our specifications and ensured it was functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. The trades were also extremely professional Owen, Ash and Mike did an outstanding job and we could not be happier.

Following this I was fortunate to be allocated Jo as the designer who would listen, hear, create and recommend. As well as this, Jo is very generous with her time and will go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your final decision, before it goes to the contract stage. Mark Tonkin the owner is never too busy to answer a call on the rare occasion that you might need to to call him. Mat one of Rosemount's Project Managers displayed extraordinary skills in juggling time and tradespeople to ensure the renovation proceeded per the timeline and in my case, ahead of the timeline. Mat came on site at the crack of dawn (in a manner of speaking) and ensured each day that the tradespeople completed their work as discussed. The entire operation resembled a well-oiled machine. His follow-up to the last and most minute detail were exemplary. Rosemount Kitchens are conscious of their brand and work to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. I am extremely pleased to have selected Rosemount for my kitchen renovation and highly recommend them if you want a trustworthy provider of high quality results who value their customer regardless of how modest or extravagant the project is. We appreciated the daily communication with our project Manager Mark Sayer. Mark demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and supported and guided us from start to finish.

Management gave us total support when we experienced supply issues with our selection of benchtops.

The laundry renovation was an afterthought while the bathrooms were being renovated. Rosemount took it on board and met the original schedule.

All tradesmen were committed and were respectful of us and our home, their work was exemplary which is evident in the quality of construction and finish.

We knew we were going get the style and finish we wanted and we also knew that we could trust the Rosemount team to deliver. They make sure our needs were met and nothing was too difficult. Every member of his team was friendly, professional and cleaned up when they finished their work. Little hiccups, you find in any renovation process, were dealt with swiftly and effectively. The entire team from tradies to the owner were very respectful and accommodating of my rather unpredictable work schedule. It is very rare to see the company demonstrating in reality what they put on their website as their philosophy "the work was not considered to be completed until a customer was 100 per cent happy".
