Awful product, to use it properly you need to access data from other sites and manually enter it. There are many gaps in RP Data's data. Not reliable at all, better off just going to a source like realestate.com.au to get more accurate or for that matter any information on a property.

Crap estimates – Absolute crap website. They have identical properties with completely different prices. If you use their price to set the listing price, it causes the price on RP data to drop. Their algorithm is rubbish. A brain dead moron could do a better job than their nonsense algorithm.

Terrible service, bad data & no support – Been with them for over 20 years. Since they changed or got bought out, we no longer have an account manager, no one responds to support tickets, no one returns messages to solve issues. They close down the old reliable platform with features and then force you to use the new one with less, then tell you to upgrade to get more reliable data that was available before. So lost an account manager, lost features, lost access to reliable portal.

Threatening Behaviour of Management – When I complained about the lack of service, and withdrew my monthly payment of $170, I was told they would report me to Equifax and my credit rating would be destroyed! Accordingly, I will now have to report them to Fair Trading to protect myself.

Data quality is misleading and incorrect – They have mixed up the property data for my property, as I live in 1 and there is a separate lot altogether that used 1A that is not a rezone of my lot - it has the images of my property, but the value estimates are of the 1A property which is a duplex and the contacts are a combination of both of these properties. Well done.

Lack of standards, just money-grabbing – have held a property value account with Core logic for years. This year, I decided to update some inaccurate and outdated data on my property account as it was showing medium confidence. So, I asked Core logic what information they required to make this high confidence, as I had recently completed some renovations and leased the property for way… Read more

more than Core logic estimated. Core logic requested pictures and latest lease agreement, my agent provided these promptly and this information was also on real estate.com. Pictures took a week and half to upload, go figure. The rental amount of $550 is still not updated three weeks now and multiple follow ups. The data analytics claims to be busy, not sure with what that's more important than latest up to date client information. After this year, I will look to move my subscription to other better providers eg SQM. My experience with Core logic has been pathetic and standards are dropping fast.

Inaccurate data, likely made up, waste of money for real estate agents – I constantly receive calls based on incorrect data shared by this company to all the real estates that don't know any better. I hope real estate agencies stop purchasing their poor product asap.

RP Data Sold My Data to a Mortgage Broker Without Permission – I am on a do not call registry and have been on the do not call registry for years. Today I received a phone call from Home Star Home Loans who when questioned revealed that they purchased the data from RP Data. I have never given my data to RP Data and have certainly not consented to them reselling my data. This is in contravention of the… Read more

Australian Privacy Act. I have informed Tim Lawless that RP Data have sold my data without my permission. I am awaiting a response.

This is a call to action to all those who receive unsolicited phone calls to please enquire where the marketing company purchased the data from, and to please make a complaint to OAIC.

RP Data is the best property App I have ever used – Despite some very negative reviews around debt collection, I couldn't do my job without the amazing RP Data property app. Instant suburb stats, overview & market trends. I can look straight through media hype around the rental crisis with raw data on my phone in a second, I even get the 10 year history into rental yields by suburb. The mapping feature is amazing with NearMaps and mapping overlays and I find the data to be spot on!

Data is horribly inaccurate – My parent's small weatherboard house in the cheapest area of a rural town in nsw came up with pictures of a multi storey luxury hotel. RP sells nonsense not data.

Data is awkward – Apart from sales data that is not correct always There is the need to consider the needs of buyers and sellers in future Because the content remains interconnected and raises issues of privacy being made against parties and use of photography So realise cannot rely on this

Absolute joke – Information is totally inaccurate and simply cannot be trusted in the slightest. Any buyer using this information is in for a shock. This business should be shut down for being snake oil salesman. Seriously bad.

Dont use them please – I had one failed payment - 170$ Their way of penalising is charging for the whole contract with 1 failed payment $1200 So I tried to negotiate with them that its not fair making me pay the whole contract for one failed payment Obviously they had to get debt collectors chasing me, and I ended up paying the whoel amount i.e. appox $1200 Trust me you can do without

Waste of time and money – They have all the data they need to provide a great service however its so difficult to use and some searches have to be done on an individual property as opposed to a street/suburb search. The information you can find on other free sites is just as good if not better

Product and service is not accurate or helpful – Don’t waste your money. They are unhelpful if you have any problems and their product is basically worthless. You can get your information free and more accurately from other public platforms.

You don't need them – Agents please, please , please don't make the mistake of being conned into using rp data. You do not need it. sold prices are all available on realestate.com.au , domain.com.au, etc. The product they offer is either extremely inaccurate when it comes details of property owners, property attributes, sales data and even date of sale. mistake of signing up with these industry leeches and then they made it very hard to end the contract. They ask for 90 days to finalise the contract when you want to stop it. Don't sign with them when you start your agency. you will regret it. waste of your money.

Waste of time and money – We Joined up to RP Data Cordell more than 3 months ago. The information on the site is either irrelevant, outdated or wrong. It is also mostly found publicly. Other platforms do a much better job for less. They sell it as a great product but it is a complete waste of time and money. Worse, there is no trial period and their "National Retention… Read more

Manager" is all about retaining the revenue, not the client. They won't even try to solve the issue but instead resorted to threatening tactics for absolutely no reason. They also have a 90 notice period to cancel your subscription, even after your contract has ended. I would rate them 0 if it's possible.

If I could rate less then one star I would. Don't fall for these scammers – First the information provided is as good as you doing a google search on the property. I can’t explain how useless there staff are. Please for the love of god don’t through your money in the toilet.

Steals your hardworking photos and data to profit for themselves – On the same horrible level as Zillow game. They utilize obnoxious ex-agents to do a hard sell. They will sell to you without letting you know that there are extra charges because they didn't look at your website to begin with where you actually work and fy off, but want to be paid. A breach of consumer privacy law and customer trust is in… Read more

question. Most disturbing is the on-selling of user activity data without disclosure or permission. It may not always be illegal but it is certainly unethical and breaches the trust and privacy of the real estate industry, agent and client.

Worse than useless and expensive – The data supplied was almost useless. I signed a 18 month contract and paid around $9000 for the term of the contract. We did not get one job through the information provided. When I told them I was cancelling at the end of my 18 month contract they said there was a 90 day notification period. This will take the total cost to over $10000. … Read more

Be very wary as the data they supplied me prior to signing looked promising but once signed up the quality of the information provided was sub standard and most of it can be found through trade publications and other publicly available sources. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone.

ITS THE WORST FRAUD COMP[ANY – they sold me the dreams and after contract was signed, all I got is lies and nonsense, I asked to stop the service, but they refused and I will be going to court if they dont reply by the end of this week. they are a bunch of thieves .

Awful - money grabbers – I tried to get a few different reports. After several weeks, I gave up and asked for my money back. I had to escalate to get that. I had another subscription for which they required a 12-month contract. It automatically renews so I reached out to cancel 2 months before it renewed. I was told I needed to send an email and that the contract didn't expire for 2 months. So, I sent an email 2 months later and was told I needed to give 90-days' notice.

The system is outdated and useless – They try to sell you on a system to find clients and details for extra business and lock you into a 12-month contract. But, when you start using it you soon find out information is months out of date making it completely useless. Then when you want out because it's not usable they basically tell you to jump in the lake. Chris James from… Read more

Run a mile – Signed me up on a longer than explained contract, which I cancelled as the product is rubbish. They then put the pit bulls onto me for the remaining dollars. Poor culture, terrible product. I should have researched more. Going by these reviews it's not a one off incident. Maybe they can spend my money by taking a long hard look at themselves. Un Australian conduct. Hang your heads in shame.

Would never use again. Stay away from them – I have signed up for 12 months. CoreLogic put a nice little clause into the contract that it is customer's obligation to let them know precisely 3 months that won't be renewing your subscription. You can't tell them straight away or beforehand. Their rules are: you can only tell them exactly 3 months before the 12 month subscription expires. You… Read more

put in a Calendar reminder and duly email them the cancellation 3 months in advance with my Account and contact details. Then you don't hear anything from CoreLogic for months, and when they get in touch with you they say they have not received anything from you You keep re-sending those emails and providing proof but they just keep fobbing you off.

In the mean time they Invoice you for the next year, knowing the entire time you're trying to cancel the subscription. And they make it sound like they are doing you a favour as well!

Never ever again!

Corelogic illogic – I unfortunately signed up for an annual subscription for the Cordell Connect package on advice from a business adviser and what a crock.
