Great little mobile – I have had my Sagem for eight years (8 years!!) and it still works perfectly. It has only had to have a new battery once in all that time (and the new battery was easy to get from Battery World). It's compact and super easy to use, with very simple menus. Great for people who just want a reliable phone for calls and text messages only. Of course it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the new generation of smart phones, but for me that's the appeal. I would recommend this especially to parents who want their littlies to have a phone for safety but don't want the risk of huge bills from a phone that surfs the web. I would also recommend this to people who just want a simple, solid and reliable mobile phone, not all the fuss and trouble of a smartphone. Very reliable, very easy to use

Good – i had this phone for a while and it was pretty good it lasted me a while and i would probably buy one from the same brand its small and cute, the screen on the outside is useful, it was cheap, sometimes if you have no credit and you want to send a message you just keep pressing resend and it eventually sends it doesn't have bluetooth

Bad – I had this phone for two years. Back then I would have considered it okay but I wouldn't recommend buying it now. As products, particularly electronics improve and become cheaper, it is important that you update them every few years depending on the product. The Sagem My C4-2 is good for someone who wants a simple basic phone. Fullfills the basic requirements of a phone- to make phone calls. It is also very small and light. It also isn't very expensive. There isn't much on the phone, there is no bluetooth, the camera is vga therefore very low quality, etc.
