Samsung B2700 (2009)

Bad – I've had this phone into Samsung repair centre 3 times, 1st they upgraded firmware, 2nd they replaced with another new battery and 3 rd they replaced the MB of the phone. Still the battery goes flat everyday. I called Samsung and told them I want my money back and was told I had to take back to repair centre for assessment before they decide if I get a refund. Its already been back 3 times! Poor service and customer relations Samsung! Rugged build and features Battery life, needs recharging every night even if I just have it on and make no calls or receive them.
