Good – I bought this dryer because it was the cheapest dryer with auto-sensing function. I have owned older dryers before (eg Simpson 3.5kg dryer) and what really irks me is not knowing how long to set the drying time for. This is all solved with the auto-sensing function where it will continue update the time to dry according to the humudity in the tumbler (or what I think it does anyway!!).

The other thing good about this dryer is that it feels like a heavy duty dryer - 5kg is a lot and I can load quite a bit of clothes.

The are plenty of setting, but I only use one or two of them. Furthermore, it has a nice indicator digital panel which has a countdown timer.

The control knob does feel a bit plasticky...don't know how long it would last. I have owned this dryer for 6 months now, using it once every two weeks...so far, so good.

Only problem I faced was having to install a dryer exhaust which is located at the back or the side. I fit my washing machine and dryer next to each other and the dryer is very close to the back wall - so fitting in an exhaust is quite challenging is space is an issue. What I have done so far is let the hot exhaust blow against the back wall (causing some condensation of water on wall) but will look into buying a exhaust pipe and channelling it upwards and the the front.

The exhaust will be great if there is a hole at the back of the wall it's facing as it would then be channelled to the outside.

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone. "heavy duty" dryer for good price. Auto-sensing drying time. have to install dryer exhaust.
