This litlle printer is great for use in our caravan – The customer service in this shop was excellent our sales person explained the for's and the against a printer using laser toner cartridges to powder type cartridges,when travelling in the caravan exposure to different temperatures affects powder cartridges drying them out,this was the only sales person who pointed this out and we had shopped around to 4 different stores. Inexpensive,quick and compact

The service from Samsung is dreadful and they don't return calls.. My Samsung lasted only 1 year before its internal function started to misfunction, never buy another one.
