Samsung PL150 / 151

Samsung Camera – I brought a Samsung Pl150 as a backup camera. Halfway through our holidays it stopped working.When i arrived home I took to the service centre in Vermont.They couldn't have cared less that it had died halfway through my holiday. They never contacted me to let me know what was happening just told me the technician isn't in he is off today all sorts of excuses I was really disapointed in the service considering I have a Samsung video camera and Television. I hope they don't break down .I will not be buying any more Samsung products. compact good image quality for it's cost. locked up .Service centre in Vermont was really poor .I had the impression because it was a cheap camera they couldn't have cared less

Compact little thing – Excellent camera, great for most occasions. After using a dslr, image quality will never compare. Cheap camera to buy, has good battery life, dual screen very usefull for self portraits...and everyone around still gets amazed by it Light, small, compact, cheap, dual screen Not good for night shots

The Perfect Digital Camera! – I bought this for 160 bucks last boxing day. So far it has been a great camera, it is simple, but full of functions at the same time. I love the self-portrait front LCD, it is very useful in taking non-mirror self shots (LOL). It is very shiny with its black-piano like finish. Its large main LCD close to 3" is very clear and gives you the most detailed replays of the pictures and movies you have taken with it. I also like the rechargeable battery too, it lasts for ~60 mins of HD movie recording (which is charged using the proprietary cable included--also used as cord to connect to the computer). The buttons on the back are very responsive. Also, it's a head turner every time you use the front LCD in public. It has never failed or malfunctioned, it has so far given me a very effortless and pleasing experience taking pictures with it. Its movies are VERY clear, I have taken the movies off from its memory card and made it into DVDs, played it on my LCD and it gives me a DVD picture quality images--It's taken pictures are very clear. Sexy Looks. Good price, reliablity, peformance, memory capacity up to 8Gb microsd. It has a hdmi output but no cable is included. No extra battery sold at the place of purchase (The Good Guys). Can be a fingerprint magnet.
