Never buy Samsung!!!! – Had plasma for twelve months it broke four times and samsung offered to replace with a smaller tv with us paying the difference as they no longer make plasma!! Terrible service I will never buy Samsung again!!!

Warning!! Do Not Buy Samsung Plasma Televisions – They are all faulty. Samsung is aware of this issue, yet they continue to sell and trade defective items. Google 'thermal expansion samsung' my 42" plasma is not even twelve (12) months old and there was a 'pop' sound but no screen. Upon inspecting the cables etc., noted a crack at the top right hand of screen, further inspection proved this crack was internal. Dumbfounded by how on earth this had occurred i took to google to look for a solution... Samsung + wow site + sound had robbed me + millions of others global, i was shocked to discover a corporation such as samsung could get away with a crime. Warning, you all, because damn i wish i had seen this when i was looking for televisions, not the sweet as sugar reviews that only seem to appear. As i suggested type in 'thermal expansion- samsung' and you will see i whole different view to samsung's plasma product. I liked it - until 'thermal expansion' occurred a well known fault by samsung 'Thermal expansion' not even twelve (12) months old, $900.00 + a too bad attitude by samsung corporation.
