Terrible – The product is simply a poor design. The motor is gutless, the bagless is a poor design that blocks with even the finest hair and when it does the alarm goes off and the motor overheats and shuts down. Only thing worse was the customer service. At sam...stung this is an oximoron. No Samsung product will ever be permitted in this household ...EVER!!

Thank goodness they don't manufacture pacemakers Well it did work for three weeks Difficult to operate, attachments are poor and trying to get it repaired is like pulling a tooth.
