Samsung SC9580

Excellent – I have a large house with lots of carpet and lots of tiles and slate. I have several vacuum cleaners including the top brands. one of which i paid nearly $2000 for. this samsung sc9580 is better I love this machine. The multi chamber bagless cannister works fantastic. it is so easy to empty and each time you can check to see if you have accidently picked up any rings or earings or important nut and bolts. oh and the odd dollar coin. my only critisism is the turbo carpet head which does the job but is a bit lightweight compared to the rest of the machine. but if this machine was to blow up I would go and buy another Bagless, and easy to empty. great suction, easy to find vacuumed earings etc the turbo carpet brush is not the same quality as the rest of the machine

Excellent – Bought this for my dad's holiday house. I must admit it gets very little use as we're only there a month out the year but so far the vacuum has performed well and works as it should. Haven't had the problems the other reviewer has experienced, again maybe due to our limited use. The good thing about this vacuum is that it is relatively small so it is easy to store, it has great suction and you don't need vacuum bags. Great suction, reasonably priced, no bags needed Nothing so far. Has been performing well as it should.

Terrible – this vaccum was so bad that in less then 2 years I have 3 of them (replaced under warrant) and then ultimately I have just had a full refund due to ever growing problems Great Suction Where do I start. It breaks everything breaks. The wand the cord the vaccum heads the elbow.
