Not bad, use funtion doesn't work – This tv is good if you're just starting out. It's picture quality is good, but sound isn't very good so we bought a sound bar to enhance the sound. The usb funtion never worked and we were told by the store we bought it off that it's normal not to work. Didn't mind as we have other means of connecting things to the tv

good screen shocking base – this Panasonic flat screen tv 32 inch screen model c400 series does have a pretty decent picture quality however if you pay a little more the sony brand is far better, however I was happy with this Panasonic one except when I went to put the base on the tv,it is very flimsy,it rocks and it does not seem to be very safe, its very poorly made and the… Read more

base just does not suit this type of tv,the tv is also made in maylaysia for those who may like to know, not made in japan.i love the funtions on the tv and am happy with the picture quality but the base would have to be the worst base I have seen on any tv yet,am considering making up my own base for it.price was around $450 on special, usual price was $575 from Harvey norman.the best tv I looked at was the higher end sony ultra high definition tv and it was a bit nicer but for the extra money I don't think it was that much better, nearly $700 for a similar size sony flat screen tv and not all movies are in ultra high definition at the moment anyways.

Samsung 22inch LED TV - not recommended – I have had this TV for about 20 months and the TV would have done less than 100hrs TV watching. It was a chrismas promotional bonus that was redeemed when i brought a 55inch Led LCD TV. TV is turning on and u hear the music of it turning on - then it turns itself off again - repeatedly over and over to the point you cant even see a channel or… Read more

a menu. The TV goes to turn on and before the tv screen lights up - it turns off.

My son now tells me this TV was doing this while i was away in Dec and that their had been random noises coming out of my home office - so it has been for 6 weeks turning on and off - lucky it didnt burn my house down.

Typically it is out warranty.

Spoke with the repair people and it would appear its not worth fixing ($55 service fee and they will quote job to fix - they couldnt provide an approximate on what a replacement power supply or main board replacement would cost) (The $55 service fee at least would be dedcuted from the Unkown quote if it was deemed sensible to be repaired)

What ticks me off is that this TV has done hardly any actual TV Time and is now useless. Had expected the samsung brand to outlast the hisense brands we have in other properties that are older and done well over 1000 hrs.

I have 2 x 55 inch Samsung Led TVs in my house and a mancave that so far (touch wood) have not had any major issues with.

Wouldnt recommend the Samsung smaller TVs to anyone, prob best to purchase the cheapest brand on the market and be prepared to throw it away.

Comminucated with Samsung online and they advise me there is no Samsung Rep they can provide a contact name or number for - ultimatley no one to even step up and keep their customers happy : ((

Again sadly i thought we would be replacing the cheaper brands well before Samsung brand

20month old and less than 100hr tv time

Just..... no – Had this thing 7 months and it starts acting up, sound intermittently cuts out, then lines across the screen, till the picture cut out all together. check receipt and the warranty was only good for 30 days. full year warranty would have cost an extra $100. One of the better LED Tv's – This is the spare 32" tele that we have had since early 2011 - we purchased it for the master bedroom and hung it off the wall with a directional arm so easier viewing while in bed. The picture is nothing short of clear as possible - I am really honestly surprised with the picture! Now its nothing like my 42" 100Hz tv that I have for movie's and X… Read more

Box as that is stupendously good viewing (feels like your there)!

I've hung it back in the new rental property and this time off a wire set up and a heavy duty picture hook to leave as few holes and patches in the walls - but again its so good to have a Tv in the room - and one that is so clear and easy to view!

Like with all Samsung's - the channel guide is horribly slow and navigating this can lead to premature greying so you got-to keep calm and use the channel list instead and do the mystery viewing hop skip and jump to the channels that may hold some promise of good viewing. Otherwise the other functions of the Tv are not too bad - as per digital free to air you do get the typical pixelation and drop outs and its the norm.

The draw of electricity the Tv uses is 100Watts, and the standby power draw is .5Watts - so leaving on standby isn't too much on the pocket. Luckily I can access the wall socket so I turn it off 99% of the time. The plugs that go into the Tv have to be 'space saving' as the slots in the back are specific to slim line Tv's and this can be a bit of a lottery with cables that you purchase eg: HDMI's and even the aerial cable may be too thick.

Otherwise from some of the negatives of owning slimline Tv's, this Tv is like hanging a thick picture on the wall that provides entertainment - just make sure you hang it right as it could prove costly! Thin profile, light weight, great picture and sound, good price for what it is. Plugs required for input have to be slimline so they dont damage the plug slots.

Excellent – We have had the Samsung LED tv for several months now and it has been much better than we imagined. I just love watching movies now. Everyone who comes to our home, just loves it. I would not hesitate to purchase another Samsung. After owning a tv for 20 yrs, it was going to be difficult to go into the new technology of 'plasma'? 'LCD'? or the… Read more

new kid on the block 'LED'. I researched televisions for 6 months before choosing the Samsung LED. I chose it because of the exceptional picture quality and sound. It looks pretty sharp with our furniture. There is only one thing that I could comment on that can be annoying in some situations - the sound it makes when you turn it on and off can be a bit loud in the wee hours of the morning when I don't want my husband to hear I am still watching telly. I have not worked out how to turn it off.

Series 4 cheap rubbish – the price was cheap so was the quality. Bought two new Samsung series 4 32inch LED t.v.'s for Christmas 2011 from Myers. Inside 3 weeks BOTH have developed screen issues with distorted pictures ( shimmering vertical lines )on the screen, irrespective if whether the tv is being used to watch t.v. or view a dvd or play games. It's not the connections, the CRT t.v's work very well off the t.v. lines being used. Not a one spring to mind. Poor quality

Good – Its a good and light machine that will allow the viewing of all the HD and SD channels. Channel numbers can be eddited. The picture quality is excellent. With all its different types of ports I'm able to connect various device to our LED TV. with it being so light it can be easily move from place to place. When I bought it my mum nearly went off… Read more ·  1

at me for buying another laptop. This also have the added advantage of being a computer monitor. As for the buttons on the machine, it has the advantage of being easier to clean and dust will not get into the gaps. However because it is activated only if you cover the button with your finger, you need to do something to remind you where the button is. I stick silver coloured labels above the button. Whenever I wish to turn on or off the mahine I just wave my hand over to cast a shadow to activate the button. These buttons also make the machine more durable as kids can't keep turning it on and off continuosly. I found that with the volumn buttons I can use them continously, but with the power button it will not let you use it for about 5 seconds from the last point when you activate it. I found that if I decide that I don't want to watch it I have to count to 5 before I can wave my hand over the buttons. - CHEAP.

- great picture quality.

- HD digital TV tuner.

- light (my mum thought I bought another laptop).

- EPG.

- subtitles.

- automatic switiching to shows.

- makes a nice ding sound as it turns off.

- beautiful sleek design - light activated buttons on the machine is hard to see. I don't know what they are call I'm gonna call them light activated button because I found that I don't have to physcially touch the button. I just have to cast darkness over the button and it will work.

- no recording fucntion avaible

- will onlyallow the watching of DIVX films

- if a new channel is released you have to run the search channel function again. (this is the case in all TV, but it is still annoying).

Good – I like the TV. The picture quality is fine even with it being placed opposite a large window. It looks good. It is fine for the toyroom or bedroom, ie as a second tv. I had to replace the remote with a universal one to stop the problems we were having. Wish it had a proper OFF switch rather than standby. Nice, slim, light unit that looks great. 1.… Read more

usual Samsung on and off noises (all their products sound like windows 98)

2. The difference between 20 and 99 on the volume control is negligable.

3. remote control has a mind of its own, changes channels when nobody is even near it.

4. remote control is a strange layout which also leads to channel changes that my kids in particular can't cope with (ie off av to something else).
