Excellent – Was looking for a 2GB, compact mp3 player that was pretty much like a usb drive. I carry it with me everywhere and use it as a file storage device as well as a music player. The FM radio function is easy to use but without an antenna it can get poor reception indoors. I looked at other brands such as Creative and Apple Ipods and this had all the features I was looking for.

The sound quality is great for a device this small and I have listened to other brands.

What is best is that you don't need to use any software to tranasfer music files on and off the device. Great if you're going for a ride and want to quickly load on some new music.

I have an 80GB ipod for movies and to hold my entire music collection but I find I use the U3 more as it is so small. Compact, clear display, good battery life, great sound, drag and drop file management, fm radio, file storage, usb charging, intuitive menu. Touch sensitive control pad can be a little inaccurate (big figers).
