Worst phone ever – Im so glad my contract is almost up- half the time i cant answer calls. I have to call people back because the answer call button doesnt work. I though it was just a problem with my phone but other friends with this phone have had the same problem. It has also deleted messages that were important- I have checked my settings and it is not supposed… Read more

Great Value For Money – Firstly, this phone is a hell of allot cheaper than the iPhone and it's big Brother the Samsung galaxy. It has more features than I will ever use (such as being able to fake an incoming call), and in saying that, it is a really simple phone to use and didn't take long to navigate my way around it. This phone was recommended to both my girlfriend… Read more

and me by the Virgin salesperson over the similar priced Nokia N8 (which was more expensive) and Sony Xperia (and after seeing friends have problems with LG...I wouldn't go there).

The major downside is not the phone, its the program for your PC. Samsung Kies cannot transfer SMS from your phone (like Nokia OVI suite....well I got it to do it once under the old version but it wouldn't do it again), and the media player / orginiser can't play MP4...so it is crap. It will however sync contacts with outlook which is great. I got around this by using windows media player and I save my SMS to my memory card then transfer them via the mass storage option, I then open them in notepad.

This is not an android phone (android is an operating system) it runs on Samsungs own Bada operating system so doesn't have as many applications (useful or otherwise) as Android phones or the iPhone. Simple, easy to use, robust, easy to get accessories for. Samsung Kies is rubbish (but you can live without it), no option to text using the old numerical kepad option (for those of us with fat fingers)

Great First Smartphone – If you've only just been introduced to the world of smartphones then I think this is the one for you. It's easy and simple to use. Very few hard keys, very little confusion. I have loved every second of using this phone and all the techy things it can do. reliable, charges quickly, simple OS battery power decreases the more the phone is dropped Show reply

Great value for money – The reason why I bought this phone would of had to be the value for money. The included features in the wave stood out among phones that are of the same or similar price. The screen is great and very responsive. The sound coming through the speaker is also crystal clear. There is also a radio that can record which is great. It does however run on… Read more

a new operating system; Bada. Hence why there is not many applications yet made that will suit this phone which is quite annoying. The phone also has wifi, bluetooth and a 5mp camera. Value for money, screen, sound Not many apps

Good – Great value for money. The Samsung Wave doesn't fit in a smart phone market but delivering excellent features, make it a lot better than many of its competitors. The metal chassis feels even stronger than iphone4 and its big brother: Samsung Galaxy S. Packed with enough great applications from samsung apps, excellent camera and video recording,… Read more

with one of the best display on the market. Excellent hardware and SUPER AMOLED display. Great value for money - $0 for phone on $19 virgin cap per month on a 24 months contract which works out to be cheaper than buying the phone outright. Great Camera with Photo Editing tools. Bad supports if something goes wrong. My phone experienced battery problem and had to be sent to Samsung which took 1.5 months to get the phone back and the problem was unfixed.
