Terrible – My flat mate brought one and I absolutely loathed it. Waste of money! I went out and brought an electrolux ultra one. It cost probably 7 times more. But the bag was half full in one use after using this hunk of junk. Don't even bother and save for a decent one Light to carry, don't need to purchase bags EVERYTHING! Suction is pathetic, can't even pick up threads. Noisy, high pitched. Messy to empty, which has to be done after every 1-2 rooms! Floor head made totally of plastic, broke after a month.

Terrible – Not worth it! There are others that are cheaper and better on the market! The head is really bad, and adds to the effort of trying to vacuum carpet - it is in the garage, on its way to the garbage!!! That it is light to carry around, and you don't need to use bags. Everything else - this is one of the worst vacuums I have ever used, the suction is useless on carpet, and the wand broke after a couple of months and had to be replaced.
