Bad – The many niggling problems were too frustrating to live with. Luckily Myer agreed to a refund. Otherwise, it is a relatively powerful machine at a cheap price. Good suction. Cheap. The roller at the back of the floor tool falls off regularly (it doesn't seem faulty, just bad design). The hose is very flimsy, and consequently twists closed often when in use (not helped by the fact that the hose doesn't swivel easily where it attaches to the machine). The dust bowl is difficult to empty -- dust easily gets clogged up against the filter after a small amount of use. The cord is fairly short. It is top heavy, so falls over frequently when in use. Despite being advertised as very quiet, it seems as loud as any other machine.

Terrible – I will not purchase anymore sanyo vacumn myself. look pretty but not unsatisfy at all. I guess for a vacumn cost approx $200 that what you will get in return. cheap I bought this in Target during boxing day sales. cant suck a thing. motor broken in 3 months time. no quiet at all. the design is good. you cant put your hose or handle to attach with the vacumn, so the handle need to lean on something everytime.
