Terrible – Words cannot convey how bad this vacuum is. I'd say it sux, but unfortunately it doesn't. Zero suction. It can't even suck up fluff off tiles. Falls over CONSTANTLY. Apparently no one at Sanyo thought to attempt to pull the stupid thing along before putting it on the market. Tell everyone you know to avoid this product. Falls over, no suction

absolutely disgraceful – Consumers save your money, This vacuum is quite possibly the worst vac we have ever owned. Loss of suction very quick, poor seals, unbalanced tips over very easily. Vacuums are not a new invention, kinda makes me wonder if we as consumers are being taken for a ride.

Terrible – This is a good little vacuum cleaner for the first few uses. After that, even trying to clean the dust filter seems to be in vain. Trying to find a replacement filter also seems to be in vain. I personally wouldn't recommend this vacuum to anyone. You get what you pay for, even if it is $180.. Easy to clean, little maintenance Dust filter gets clogged, loss of suction after 3-4 uses

Spent more time unclogging the filter than actually vacuuming! – This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever owned! Looks good and vacuums well for the first half-hour after you purchase it. From then on you spend most of your life emptying it and unclogging the filter which seems to be covered in hair and dust within about 5 minutes of turning it on. I purchased a new filter but I had to go on-line to find it, because not even Big W where I purchased the wretched thing actually sells the filters!

It appears to have a big dust capacity but don't let that fool you - it will never fill up because the filter will be hopelessly clogged LONG before you get even a quarter full.

Once the filter is clogged it barely vacuums up anything. Sanyo should be ashamed to have produced such a shoddy piece of equipment! No stars at all IMO. Maybe a half - for its deceptively good looks.

What is right with it is the question!

Terrible – Would not recommend this vacuum cleaner at all. It is so frustrating to use. While vacuuming and pulling along it will often topple over and be lying on its side. Suction is very weak compared to other cleaners I have owned including ones that have been cheaper. I have even written and phoned Sanyo to complain about this vacuum cleaner! Looks good. Tips over when you pull it. Not good suction at all. Cleaning dirt out difficult.
