SADLY this Seagate portable expansion drive is MOST DISAPPOINTING - do not waste your hard earned ca – I am very sad to report this Seagate portable expansion drive is unreliable. Seagate customer support is useless. It was working fine for a few months then without any warning signs the drive become un-dictable to any computers. Which means no computer to locate the hard drive. I have been desperately trying to get it working. The little blue light is working and I can feel the drive working but no computer can find it. When this happens do not bother calling customer support just take it back and ask for your money back. This device is USELESS!!!!!!!!!! it is small, black and light to carry it is not reliable and it is expensive

Been a great, and reliable hard drive – Owned it for a fair while now, love it, highly recommended, 2TB is more than enough for me, and was at a reasonably good price. I am very happy with my purchase, and will purchase from Seagate in the near future, will highly recommend it to others. Well done Seagate. Reliable, big storage space, good price. Nothing

Had nothing but trouble – Was excited when first purchased great price and great storage capacity, but kept on crashing windows explorer every time when trying to view the details of downloaded files to the drive. Still using it to watch movies until I purchase a more reliable and user friendly drive. Found it very hard to find assistance to troubleshoot - still trying to fix plenty of storage to keep movies, pictures and music crashes windows explorer everytime it is opened

Mine hasn't crashed Windows Explorer at all.- Just seems to work fine. This could be a windows problem- I had an iomega external drive which never well on one PC. Even though my other drives- WD, Seagate Astone and Verbatim were all fine.

Terrific Purchase – I bought this on Monday 14th November 2011 and I was very happy with it because I can now use it to store all my 2007 to 2008 episodes of Home and Away so I don't need to buy any blank DVDs or a USB Flash Drive. Large size, decent price the included software
