Fabulous cleaner but difficult to get parts for – I bought this cleaner last December and it worked a dream till the belt broke on the floor adjuster. I have not yet been able to find one to replace it and am waiting to hear back from deals direct (I purchased it from them). I have had a Kirby for the past twenty years and this vacuum beats it hands down for suction, though the cord is a bit short.

I have heard back from Deals Direct and they are replacing the unit. I have to mail the oldunit back to them but no cost to me. Highly recommend Deals Direct too - great service. Great suction power can't get replacement parts easily.

I bought this vacuum cleaner on the spur of the moment because my old cleaner had seen better days. From the day I opened the box I have been in love. I could believe how much dust and dirt came out of my carpet and lounge. So many gadgets and easy to empty the dust bin, definitely value for money and would highly recommend.
